About
Park Ridge Golf Course transformed what was formerly the site of the Lantana Landfill into a popular municipal course. Construction began on this unique undertaking in 2004 and the end result was certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Sanctuary. The course climbs up to 85 feet, making it one of the highest golf courses in the county. It has a links-style layout that rolls across a variety of elevation changes, offering plenty of stunning views along the way. Such a contoured and hilly course is a rare occurrence in Florida. The golf course provides a challenge with some very tricky par 3s, several blind shots due to the rolling terrain, and strategically placed traps throughout but there are no water hazards except for one lateral hazard. There is also thick rough framing many of the holes.

Tremendous park ridge
First time playing park ridge, bad weather cleared out the course and we finished in 3 hours. Course layout is incredible for south Florida. One of the only courses I’ve played with significant elevation changes. Reminds you more of a links course with double fairways on a couple holes and some blind tee shot and approaches to the green. Conditions were great for the time of year and considering the rain the greens were quick. Can’t wait to come back to play

I like the layout of elevation on some hole, it makes very interesting, you have to know the course . I have a lot of fun playing each hole
Fun Course To Play
Although I've played here before, it's been. awhile and I forgot how fun it was. The pace of play was excellent. We finished in 4 hours 10 minutes, five minutes shy of average. The only down side was the condition of the greens. They weren't in the best of shape, but the fairways were very nice. I'd definitely play here again. The elevated tee boxes on the par 3's were fun.

Not your typical Florida golf course.
The course is great and the people there are the friendliest staff you will ever meet.
Great time for the price we got on TeeOff.
We played at 4 pm and were able to get in 12 holes, even we waited to tee off on many holes. The course is beautiful for Florida and we live the terrain which has hills and valleys instead of being flat like most courses in Florida.
Great layout
A few blind shots but overall challenging and fun, a lot of par 5s, my favorite….good condition, but need a beverage cart to increase revenue…..great staff….pace of play always an issue for me but we were behind a 4 some playing for the USOpen…..

Always a fun course to play with all the little elevation changes throughout. I found a very good deal on the TeeOff app which made it well worth it.
Great layout
The course was in fabulous condition. The layout was the best I’ve played in Florida. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I could choose just one signature hole. Best value around.

Enjoyed the course, greens were fast and true. Certainly a challenge in the heavy winds and it was a fun day all around!
