About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Best bang for you buck
The Groves course is in excellent shape. The greens are beautiful the fairways are in great shape. Lots of wildlife to see. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate you. It’s just a beautiful course

To many twosome’s
Love this course, but when there is. Couple of foursomes and then they put out a bunch of twosomes, it sure slows the pace of play. Guys you need to stop this, it would be a much nicer round if you team groups up! They have a Marshall on the first hole but you never seem him anymore, what’s up with that. Please please correct this. If people say they just want to play a twosome , then say no as that’s the way golf is!

Great time
From the time we arrived we were treated with friendly staff, eager to help get our round underway pleasantly. Went out of their way to put our two groups together even though our times were 20 minutes apart. Fairways and greens were excellent. Short course with plenty of water and other challenges. Would love to play again if we were closer to it.

Great shorter course
A fun course great for all levels of golfers. It has some challenging holes to keep the game fun.

Beautiful Course
My husband and I love playing Golf at the Grove. It's a beautiful course and just the right length for the two of us to enjoy. Carts are is great shape, greens and fairways are in great shape. Good locations of restrooms, and refreshments. They give you a free drink at the bar when you finish your round. We love it, can't wait to play again soon.

Fun course
Perfect course for playing with the wives or the guys. Shorter holes, but still challenging. The greens are in great shape. Pace moves along with little waiting on the tee boxes, Have played The Groves a dozen times and it's always enjoyable

Good little trek
This is a nice course with some beautiful landscapes of swamps/lakes. The course is pretty short but pretty challenging with doglegs and tough greens. Perfect course to practice irons and some reachable par 4s & 5s.

This short course is a beauty. The greens cannot be more perfect. We played right after thunderstorms and it drained so fast and the course conditions were perfect.

Nice short course
For a par 66 this plays longer. Fairways are narrow so this is a great course to practice your short game. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a challenge.
Restaurant was under remodeling so I cannot comment on that however in the past is was just fine.
