About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

Good value
Nice course wide Fairways good greens I will play again when in Miami area.

Weekends Crowds
Like this course, but very crowded on weekend. Pace of play horrible! Group in front of us- 6 people-2 drunk as a skunk. Ranger came by to speak to them, minimal improvement. Needs lots of TLC to get back to course I remember playing pre-pandemic.

Average experience / overpriced
The course was in mediocre condition not terribly challenging. Definitely better values out there especially with the hot deals

Tough back 9
Good course, no real complaints expect that that back 9 is about 5 strokes harder than the front.

Glad I got a deal
Course and facilities are in rough condition. Greens were very sandy, fairways were just ok(no yardage markers). It’s really too bad that this course doesn’t get some love from the owners. Must have been a beautiful course in its heyday. Overall I was disappointed, and glad I got a deal with Golf now, and didn’t pay the posted prices. I will say that it was better than not golfing though.

Over priced
As a premier card course, priced as Miami Beach, Normandy, miami Shores, with conditions, design and carts no even close, it’s way overpriced
Cars barely run, do not have GPS , club canopy doesn’t hold up in place and has holes
Range balls machine didn’t work and by the time we got the balls by hand we were called to the tee
While I checked with starter with push cart and he say nothing, ranger sent me back as walking is not allowed on weekends

Not the best
The clubhouse is run down and the facilities are poor. The course is nothing exciting to play with no notable holes and the condition was poor. The greens were shocking. The golf cart needed to be retired. Disappointed!!

No Frills Good Time
As an adult, beginner golfer I chose this course for a few reasons: proximity to my home, price, and course layout.
6 miles from home makes it easy to sneak over and back before too many work emails stack up.
I book the 11:15 hot deal for a reduced price and feel it's fair. If I were paying the full list price I might not feel it's a great value.
The course is fairly wide open. The holes are usually lined with trees on one side of the fairway or the other, and you can get trapped and forced to punch out. But, there is very little water other than a tiny creek that crosses a few holes.
My scores don't reflect the playability of the course. They reveal my inconsistency in making flush contact.
If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend playing a round. Driving range & chipping/putting areas also available,

Aerated
Wouldve like to know the course was recently aerated. Paid more than usual and greens were not really playable.

It’s okay
Not a bad course but the greens are flurry and really sandy. Some tee boxes are in aweful conditions. Do not pay more than $40 in my opinion
