About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

$91 for this? Course is totally mismanaged.
So much potential wasted. What a great history this course has, but it is completely mismanaged. Practice greens look like mortar fields. Greens on course are a 7 on the stimp. Tee boxes are scorched. $91 on a Sunday. Are you kidding? Clubhouse filled with clip art portraits. How about photos of Jackie Robinson or Sam Snead on the course? People walking their dogs on the course. People doing tai chi and yoga on the fairways. It is a total joke. High school kids running the place. The driving range is a disaster. Grass on top of sand. Have to call the “pro shop” to turn on the lights at night. Big rocks in the practice bunkers. Never enough ball baskets at the machine for my $16 bucket of balls. Save your money and go elsewhere. Taxpayers should be livid at this mismanagement.
Still a great course
The course was in excellent shape. Greens were a little on the show side. Always a place to play when in Miami.

Good value
Nice course wide Fairways good greens I will play again when in Miami area.

Weekends Crowds
Like this course, but very crowded on weekend. Pace of play horrible! Group in front of us- 6 people-2 drunk as a skunk. Ranger came by to speak to them, minimal improvement. Needs lots of TLC to get back to course I remember playing pre-pandemic.

Average experience / overpriced
The course was in mediocre condition not terribly challenging. Definitely better values out there especially with the hot deals

Tough back 9
Good course, no real complaints expect that that back 9 is about 5 strokes harder than the front.

Glad I got a deal
Course and facilities are in rough condition. Greens were very sandy, fairways were just ok(no yardage markers). It’s really too bad that this course doesn’t get some love from the owners. Must have been a beautiful course in its heyday. Overall I was disappointed, and glad I got a deal with Golf now, and didn’t pay the posted prices. I will say that it was better than not golfing though.

Over priced
As a premier card course, priced as Miami Beach, Normandy, miami Shores, with conditions, design and carts no even close, it’s way overpriced
Cars barely run, do not have GPS , club canopy doesn’t hold up in place and has holes
Range balls machine didn’t work and by the time we got the balls by hand we were called to the tee
While I checked with starter with push cart and he say nothing, ranger sent me back as walking is not allowed on weekends

Not the best
The clubhouse is run down and the facilities are poor. The course is nothing exciting to play with no notable holes and the condition was poor. The greens were shocking. The golf cart needed to be retired. Disappointed!!
