About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

My favorite course
I love playing at Miami Springs. Its a very central location. The course is always clean. The staff is very friendly and the price is very reasonable. My go to course for the past 15 years!

Excellent value
The course is in wonderful shape , few dry spots and well manicured fairways and greens. Water cooler was on every 4 or so holes with frequent drink cart service. Will be back !

Good course with some challenging holes
Course was in pretty good shape. Good value for the money. Would definitely go back and play again.

Bad conditions
Not worth the money they charge comparable courses charge way less

Everything was great, I was in vacation from Phoenix to charge $40 for cheap rentals of ridiculous.

Not a destination course
Online viewing of course is what sold us to play here while on vacation from Texas . Course looks nothing like pictures. Random people walking around on fairways, and greens not in great shape! Expectations where not met at all!

Punched Greens
I love playing this course. The greens were aerated but yet to recover. Probably in 2 weeks.

Overpriced for condition
Getting the hot deal on GN is the only way I'd play this course. It's WAY overpriced and in poor condition. The tee boxes rough ; the greens were still sandy & bumpy from .aeration; no.beverage cart available and the fairways clumpy and weeded.
Hole 19 was nice for after drinks and mahi Rubeun sandwich was good.

This course could use work..
For the price it cost to play, I was expecting more. The greens were covered in sand and there was no way of knowing prior to playing first hole. The cost also didn’t reflect.
Saw the cart girl once and she was pretty clueless. Our golf cart was pretty old and jenky. Gas powered and always took a few seconds to get going. This just was not what I expected for the price.

Solid round on 7/25
Overall a nice round. It was cloudy and not too hot which helped a ton. My biggest gripe is that the greens are in trash shape.

Fun challenge
Great course layout, some challenging holes that can test you
Those are about the best things about it as of this review (July 23). They had just dumped a bunch of sand on the greens which ruined their pace, and also aerated parts of the course which added to the bad. Not a great value either with these issues ($54 with cart and small bucket of range balls). The range is really torn up as well and needs a rebuild, and new balls. Thankfully the weather complied
