About
Miami Springs Golf & Country Club dates back to 1925, making it one of the oldest courses in the area. The club is the original home of the Miami Open and it has hosted many notable players over the years including Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The golf course has become a local favorite over the years, offering a round that is both challenging and affordable. The golf course has a traditional design with narrow fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are small and subtly undulating. It's a layout that demands accuracy and careful course management will be generously rewarded. You won't find too much water on the golf course but there are some strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. Miami Springs Golf & C.C. has some tricky holes but it's not overly difficult for the high handicapper.

It might have been a good course a long, very long, time ago
Everything started in the driving range which was in a pretty bad shape. All the tee boxes were in TERRIBLE shape. It was very difficult to see any difference between the rough, kept ugly and short, and the fairways. The greens are quite small, slow, and the pin placement could not have been worst. Moreover, the course is very close to Miami airport (that, we should have known) and thus very noisy. We will never play there again.
Good Oldtme golf course
The Miami Springs is a 4 star course where the front nine reflects the history of golf courses in the late 1900's. The holes are side by side and all the greens are elevated.. It takes awhile to realize that you need to play an extra club to reach. The backnine relects how they now build golf courses. We enjoyed playing the course and will play it again. The conditions were good.

Decent shape for public course. Greens ridiculously slow! First nine pace was fine.; back nine so slow and backed up left after 14 holes.

Old Faithful
Great value, fun layout with decent conditions. There is just something special about this course . I enjoy it more than other higher end courses in the area.

Boring course
The layout is boring and it is in bad shape. It should not be at the Premier Card. It is not a good value, too expensive

Course in great shape
Played at about 10:30. Really good pace although some walkers hold up play. Overall greens were slow which is normal for Miami springs, but they are in great shape.

Nice little surprise
This course is extremely cool. It sneaks up on you as you pass the Big White MiamiSpring sign. You can feel the history and the neighborhood around is very cool. The pace of play kinda sucked and the guys behind us hit into me twice, due to the ones in front of us. Is not the courses fault people in MIA have no golf etiquette. They drive on the tee boxes and right next to the greens. The golf carts need to be updated, so walking would be a better option. But it’s a new favorite of mine for here inFL.
