Rocky Bayou Country Club

This corse has been a members only club until now.

I have only been playing for a couple of years but I found the course to be challenging. Several blind water hazards and elevated greens. The greens were a little slower than I am used to. Fairways were wide and forgiving. The course was in great shape and we have had a lot of rain recently and was surprised the course had very few muddy holes. Had an awesome day I highly recommended. Not sure how much longer you will be able to play this private course without a membership or knowing someone who does so I recommend taking advantage of the opportunity.

Course not terribly long and not too challenging.. Some holes had some variations in elevation unlike many of the other FL courses we have played and not too many hazards to cause trouble. Condition seemed good, esp for early January. Would definitely play again and would recommend.

The course is in excellent condition for being the end of December. The greens were top notch, fairly quick and true. There are multiple tee boxes for different levels of expertise. Recommend

Great course at a great price! Both staff and fellow golfers were very friendly and welcoming. Multiple sets of Tees available for every skill set. We had a blast!

There is plenty of interesting terrain to make this a grand golf course. But the design is poor. Both holes crossing the ponds make no sense. Unless you play the course many times. And even then, the greens carved out of the hillsides make a poor challenge. Then when the course gets out of the gully up top, just long boring holes. There are some interesting holes. And the staff was very friendly.

But nothing lasts forever without upgrades, improvements.

I love the layout of this course. The greens are super fast.

Course was in good shape. There is 1 green that you can tell they had some trouble with but it is almost back. Nice layout, unexpectedly has some eelevation changes! Had a great time would definitely play again.

The course itself was very nice, but it is one of the most understaffed places in Florida. There was no water on the course and no cart persons. One cook in the kitchen and one server- hardly enough people to cut it, especially on a weekend.

Great layout super friendly staff. Play was a little slow due to a twosome! But overall it was a great day. Love the course layout.

Very nice course but greens are very slow. Had a tee time for 1pm. Checked in and found out they was having a scramble go off at 1pm in front of us. Asked if would could go off the back and told absolutely not. There was only 8 teams but we got to follow them around the whole time. Would I play it again, yes. Talked to a member and he said the course was in bad shape.
