About
The Poinciana Golf Club has recently re-opened under NEW MANAGEMENT and has done extensive renovations to the golf course including NEW GREENS.
Located in western Lake Worth, Poinciana Country Club is one of several great short courses that south Florida has to offer. At just over 4,000 yards, it is a quick and challenging test of your target golf skills. The greens are small with large breaks and there are swaying palms lining the fairways. The layout consists of par 3s that range from 103 to 172 yards and par 4s that are approximately 300 yards. There are strategically placed hazards throughout the golf course that offer good short game practice for more advanced players. Poinciana Country Club can conveniently be played in less than four hours. The golf course is still gentle enough for beginners though. It is popular amongst locals but still a well kept secret from the rest of south Florida.

CHALLENGING 😳
Perfect course for working on some new irons.
3 par 5’s & 11 par 3’s was exactly what I needed.
Course was in great shape, greens roll really 👍
Good for practice your par 3. You can enjoy even if it's not a regular course. The only thing it.'s about the fact there is no one to watch on the course so everyone is doing what ever they want.
The players can play wearing jeans, sandals and others.
Cold and Wet
Only got nine in. So I'm a bit upset that I paid for 18. Weather was cold and rainy. Eventually the wind and rain got too heavy to continue playing.
Wife and I loved the 11 Par three’s

Great Executive course !!!
Played this course for 26$ each on T-Off it was our first time. We figured for the price it was worth a try being it was a par 64. . We enjoyed the layout, the fairways were good and the greens were nice and fast and in great shape. We especially enjoyed the fact that it has three par fives on the course so we can get some good drives going. The prices seem to be going up. We’re hoping we can get more deals to come back and play this winter. The staff is very friendly. The assistant for our golf bags was very nice which of course made us a bit obliged to give him a tip. In all a good experience and a beautiful golf course.
No rain check
Booked for 18 holes but could only play 9 holes due to one of my shoes having its sole completely detached.
Asked for a rain check for back 9 and wasn’t accepted.
Just 9
I was only able to play the front 9 but got to play with no one in front of behind me. Tees are a work in progress and the greens were in good shape. Staff was great, especially Ronnie. I'll be back.

With only 1 par 3 under 100 yards, this course is great for a quick round.
Much improved
The course conditions are the best ever over the past ten years. Although there are a few too many par 3, it is a fun course especially for us seniors.
What I anticipated
The course was what is advertised. The cart attendant provided outstanding service, was friendly and did a great job. To he course fits in it's niche as a course to go out, hit the na;l and enjoy the game. Of you want Country Club level of play, go to a Country Club. It is exactly what I expected and it is a fun, although not especially challenging, so it is great for just knocking the ball around. We had fun.
Great time!
First time here and we will definitely be back. Fun layout, great greens and the rest of the course in good shape also. Price was VERY reasonable compared to the rest of the courses in the area and well worth the fee. Only 3 hours and 15 minutes to play all 18 holes and the golf course was busy.
