Los Verdes Golf Course

Great views, challenging layout that makes the best of the land available. Public course gem - worth the drive out to the peninsula! Most rounds take five hours so be patient and look out at the ocean.

Due to high demand for this course we finally got a 5pm tee time. It was the ladies first time but me and my buddy have played here before. Course was in excellent condition. The 10th tee box got pushed up so they can do some work and that made it driveable in one. Had fun and will play earlier next time.

Los Verdes is in the best condition I have seen in years and is a great deal if plying the afternoon twilight rate. Pace of play is still an issue, played 18 holes in roughly 5 hours. Great greens, views and value.

Great course and challenging topography that makes otherwise “easy” shots tough. Some holes are narrow fairways, all the greens have tough putting. Great view on hole 11

Good times and quality play for Los verdes more than satisfied

I’m always thrilled to be paired with Junior Golfers when I go out. This was a far different experience and I felt more like a babysitter to this kid we got stuck with.. It seems the course is being used as a daycare center for this child. He had zero idea of etiquette, was constantly messing around in the sand traps, never marked a putt - just kept going until it went in. He walked in peoples lines, was constantly cutting in conversations and was absolutely miserable the entire 9 holes. We tried at first to give some direction on etiquette but he wasn’t listening to anyone. He quit after 9 and the rest of the round was glorious in comparison.
