Los Verdes Golf Course

I played this course for the first time and found it to be gorgeous! The views were spectacular, the fairways were well maintained, and the staff was most friendly and helpful. In spite of using a golf cart, due to the terrain, there is a good amount of walking. My overall experience was most positive and I would gladly play here again.

The course is way better than I remember after not playing it for 8 years. However, the problem is that there are too many newbies at the course who top the ball more often than not and/or plain out hit bad. It’s not the course’s fault as we all pay to play but it’s the only bad part. However, It was a Saturday. Tee time was as 2 pm but started at 2:15. Pop-3 hour front, and 2:15 back due to people leaving towards the dark last holes, otherwise, it would have been a 6 hour round. Annoying and hard to play but finished so worth it. Overall, glad we were the last group to finish in the dark.

Course in good condition. Pace of play faster than many other reviews. Was paired up with 2 locals who both commented on pace being significantly quicker. Staff was helpful and the value is unbeatable. Will try to play there every time we are in socal.

Nice setting course, but pace of play is incredibly slow. Book an early tee time to complete the round at a reasonable pace.

Typical muni conditions and pace, but great location. Fast greens. Need to play the fairway slopes and hit draws and fades off the tee.
