Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Love The Course
I’d recommend playing earlier when rangers and starters are active. Going after 3pm always results in slow slow slow play for some reason. But regardless the course is amazing and at an amazing price for the value.

Poor pace of play
Head pro was called 6 times by because the stupid GPS system kept telling me my pace was behind and actually shut my cart off once....I waited on every shot on the back 9

Great layout, good price
This course is one of our favorites. Not too difficult but with enough change in each hole layout to pique your interest. Staff is very friendly even in season when they are their busiest

Take of Two Cities
Professional Staff was great and very hospitable. The Starter, however, was out sorts, pushy and rude. We showed up to the first tree 5 mins early and he was upset. We were a twosome and the twosome we were paired with was on the first green. We teed off and he told us we could not split our tee time. We thought the group in front was a separate twosome and ours did not show. He was all bent out of shape. He also had a foursome following him . We thought he was running a foursome in front of us. Nope... he told them to follow him and they did all the way to the first green. Then he got upset at them... for not stopping at the first tee. He’s got issues and needs to look for a new job.
