RedTail Golf Club

I love the fact that they look after first responders and the military. The course it self is very decent challenge for all handicaps. The greens are quick and true. The staff are super helpful and make sure you have a good day. The carts have a gps course layout which makes shot making and club selection easy. I would play here again in a heartbeat.

The greens were ok for central Florida. The layout was good, but nothing really memorable. This course has the worst and most uncared for bunkers I have ever seen. Nothing was raked on a Sunday morning. Grass and weeds filled the majority of the bunkers as well. Without bunker problems this would be a 3.8 with I’m going 2.75. I actually would recommend it if you can get it around $40. In my opinion bunkers aren’t that important, but these are terrible.

Red Tail offers a nice variety of very challenging to fairly easy holes. For the below average golfer, it presents the opportunity to keep your score in check and not shoot really big numbers.

Course in good shape. All but 1 green very good a day roll true. Coming back nicely. Worth playing for sure.

$35 - the price was right for the condition of the course. For instance, there are things growing in and around the bunkers :(

Sad cause it's a great layout...

No starter or ranger for a 4.5 hour round:) The fairway turf was in bad shape. Greens and tee box were in good shape, but for the price; not again. There are too many good courses in the are a for less.

Played Redtail today. I have played it 6 times over last year and half. Worst I have ever seen it. Frost killed every blade of grass. Standing water everywhere. Bunkers looked like native areas. Staff told us bunkers were lift clean and place. Grad was only growing in the bunkers. 2-3 of the greens were trashed. Had sand in the middle of the green. Not worth the price. Range was open…. Should have been closed. No grass on the range at all. Not going back for a very long time.

Redtail wasn't what it used to be, it's getting better and coming back. The greens were good, fairways good.

All the rain did it wonders. Sure beats dealing with that Jerk at Blackbear though.

Will come back even though it is quite the drive. I like the layout and the staff and amenities are top notch. Course is improving. Sand traps need help.

Course has a nice layout. Tees were in good shape. Fairways good shape but off the fairways a little beat up. Greens were rolling very nice!!!! Great value for $50.00 in December. Pace of play was great. Played mid week around 9am

Bunkers are horrible and greens starting to get worse.

Hopefully the staff makes improvements, this used to be a really great course

You can tell that this course was once a top track. The layout of the holes was great, the greens were lovely ( very fast and true) It just needs a bit of money spent on it to tidy it up. The Pro shop and Clubhouse were lovely too. Reasonable prices for a round. We will be back.

Love the layout. The course appears to still be recovering from Ian. The bunkers.need ALOT of work, Fairways and greens were in pretty good shape. However, will wait until spring or summer to return

Greens 8/10, Fairways and tee boxes 6/10, bunkers 4/10,, pace of play 9/10. Greatly improved from last time I played here - keep up the good work.
