Trump National Doral Miami - Golden Palm Course

Totally not worth the money! We spent much of the round frustrated with the course. There's very little signage so you can go down a path a while before realizing you're in the wrong place. There was one bathroom for our entire 18 holes. The entire 18 is away from the clubhouse so if you finish nine holes and expect to grab a hot dog, you're SOL. There's no food on the course. When we found a ranger, he assured us he would get us a cart girl that would take our food order and bring it to us. When we finally saw the cart girl SIX HOLES later, she had no idea what he was talking about and couldn't bring us food. Also, course wasn't in great shape at all. We left very disappointed and will never go back!

Having played the other courses at Doral, I was expecting the Golden Palm Course to be a poor stepchild of the other three. But, it’s not. It holds its own with any course in Florida , and compared to the other three, it’s a bargain.

We got the gold course for a hot deal of 160$. So glad we played it but because of the rain the night before it was cart path only which was frustrating. But it was still in great condition with fast greens. I dont think I'd pay the full price of 260$ but at 160$ I think its totally worth it. We teed off at 7:20am and finished in 3 hrs 25 min.

I have played the Golden Palm at Trump Doral National several times and the experience is always excellent.

Course conditions any time of year are pristine as are the practice facilities and overall property.

Having four courses to choose from, pace of play is often up to you as you as you don’t have myriads of groups all over the courses which intermingle here and there on the layouts.

Will be back again and again.

Played 5 holes with a little rain, then by the 6th hole it downpoured on us for over an hour. It was impossible to continue playing because the greens and the tee boxes were flooded. We had to stop playing and returned to the club house where we asked if we could get a rain check. The attendant lets us know that they do not give those out. Then they said I need to contact GolfNow. GolfNow does not give you money back for hot deals or rain checks. I will never use GolfNow again.

Doral is immaculate. Course layouts and conditions superb. The Gold Palm was terrific tee to green with fast but true greens. Staff service outstanding. Overall clubhouse facilities excellent and impeccably clean including the locker rooms and showers. Pace of play about 3:45, excellent. It’s gotten very pricey if it wasn’t already and it would be great to see some relief in that regard.

Golf course was enjoyable to play and in decent condition. I had thought the hot deal from Golf Now was for the Blue course. The price paid was not as good of a deal for the Gole course.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Course was in great shape and a great test of golf.

Overall a good experience. Disappointed with the fact that the yardage displayed on the cart GPS was wrong for 50% of the holes, and that they charged $32 to park my car.
