Killian Greens Golf Club
About
Popular among locals, the course at Killian Greens Golf Club is affordable and challenging. The golf course is quite narrow and built on flat terrain, making it easy to walk. Although there is little elevation change, the greens are sloped and firm. The fairways are narrow and there are sand bunkers situated throughout the course. Canals and lakes create water hazards that come into play on 14 holes. The course features three sets of tees to adapt the game to a variety of different skill levels and abilities. Killian Green Golf Club also boasts a special learning program for kids on their practice course.

Killians Golf Course
The course was in great shape the greens were better than normal and seemed to be upkept. Much better than in the past. Also they now have carts that give yardage. Better than the other courses down south. Palmetto and Redlands need to contact them and find out where to get the carts with yardage screens.
Enjoyable
I like playing Killian. It’s too expensive without GolfNow, but it’s a nice course with the discount. It’s relatively peaceful for the location and it provides lots of challenging holes.
Waste of money and time
Over the last couple years this course has truly deteriorated to an atrocious point. Good luck finding a flat land on ANY of the 18 tee boxes. Enjoy the tee boxes that are 70% sand. Prepare yourself for a an immensely bumpy, uncomfortable ride the entire day. The fairways are dry, full of duck droppings, and horrible landscaped. Karts we’re recently upgraded and include GPS systems that make it very easy to decide on your next shot. That said, be careful where you drive. If you go into a restricted area the kart will shut down and you’ll have to reverse out of the area. They do a horrible job of notifying you of this at check-in.
The pricing… ahh the pricing. It’s really interesting to me how over the last year they have gone from being a $30 course, to a $70 course. Changes done during that period? I think they got new trash cans and fixed up the cart paths marginally. One would think with a $70 round comes amenities correct? Ha. Water stations throughout the course with empty jugs 80% of the time. Thirsty? That sucks. The beverage cart might make its way to you, in my experience, chances are low. I believe they justify their 100% price increase due to market research. I would personally love to see the research that drove them to the conclusion of such a radical price hike. All the while doing no substantial changes to the course. I guess when you have a well located course in Miami people don’t care if it’s dull and abominable.
The round will take 4 and a half hours at least because their course management is at the kindergarten level. 5 groups of 4 golfers each all back-to-back? Let’s send them all to the first tee box to create a bottle neck that rivals the entrance to MIA.
If you’re considering going golfing by yourself, with friends or family and come across Killian STOP and press the “back” button of your chosen browser. At the $70 price point they’re currently charging, there are so, so many superior options in the Miami area. Even if they were to drop their prices to $50, do NOT waste your time/hard earned money. Killian IS a $30 course. I implore you my fellow golfers, go elsewhere.
Hit ‘em long. Hit ‘em straight.
Worst course in Miami
An obstacle course the course traverses roads and neighbor hoods. They promise rental clubs and instead have old decrepit clubs
Relaxing Course
This is a good course for a beginner like myself. I’ve been playing for about a year and this course challenges me, but it also gives me hope.
Improved
Greens and fairways are much improved. Play was fast due to very hot and humid day. Great value.
At least the greens were ok
I don't mind paying a reservation fee, but a credit card surcharge is BS. Nice, short layout , but difficult to distinguish fairway from rough. Greens were ok, decent speed, nice for public course. I played with my son, a beginner, and recommend for beginners or short hitters only.
Very well maintained course .
well done Everyone for keeping the greens and fairways in good shape.
Much improved lately
You can tell they’ve been putting in some work to make the course in better shape including the greens !
