Killian Greens Golf Club
About
Popular among locals, the course at Killian Greens Golf Club is affordable and challenging. The golf course is quite narrow and built on flat terrain, making it easy to walk. Although there is little elevation change, the greens are sloped and firm. The fairways are narrow and there are sand bunkers situated throughout the course. Canals and lakes create water hazards that come into play on 14 holes. The course features three sets of tees to adapt the game to a variety of different skill levels and abilities. Killian Green Golf Club also boasts a special learning program for kids on their practice course.

Great Course
Great course for beginners and experts alike.
normally I book the 5:30 Tee-time as the sun is lower and cooler. twice, I have been able to finish 17holes however, this last time i played, the course was closed before 8 when normally I am able to make it to 8:20
Sunset in the summer 8:15pm.
Overall, great course!
Such potential!
With some rain and good course maintenance, , the conditions of the course could improve and attract even more people!
Shabbat Shalom
Recently aerated greens nice course good condition today whether perfect.
Good course for what you’re paying
For the price it’s a good course. Very soft grass and wide open.
You get what you pay for
Pretty beat up cheap course next to a major highway. Good for practice but not much else.
Four Start IF NOT for conditions of Tee Box
Narrow Fair Ways and several severe Dog Right forcing you to execute a proper Fade Shot makes the course very enjoyable. Few holes make you also challenge your judgment where driving beyond the fairway into the second cut is the best shot, especially on dog right or dog left situations. Tee Box's are in poor condition, other than that 1 defect, the fairways and greens are in very good condition. Course is not overplayed, and most players on my day followed proper Golf etiquette. Also el Rinconcito Latino restaurant serves up great Cuban and Colombian Savoir Fare!
Never play here
I’ll start off by saying the best thing about this course was the ranger, who was very nice.
Beside that, the rest of the staff was short and seemed to be annoyed if anything was asked, like if there were any snacks in the club house.
On top of this, the course was HORRENDOUS. The grass was unplayable for most of the course, and bounced like cement. The Tee boxes only consisted of sand, and didn’t even hold your tee up. Most of the greens were also filled completely with sand, and rolled your ball beyond slowly.
The other main issue of this course was the pace. No one playing career about how fast they went, and we ended up having to pass three groups. At one point, we played 3 holes for a full hour.
I know this is not a very highly valued course, but it was not even worth the time. There are better courses slightly further away that cost less and are 10x better.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
THIS PLACE SUCKS
A turn for the worst
Killian is the first course I ever played growing up. It’s never been a 5 star course, but it used to have a great feel and great vibes for the price. It’s slowly deteriorated over time into a goat patch with 18 flags. The tee boxes and greens are unplayable. There is only rough, fairways don’t exist anymore. Somehow the course was running 15 minutes behind by the time of my 7:30am tee time. How does a course get so backed up that early in the day? Perhaps it was a frost delay in South Florida, who knows? We asked the starter if we could just play the back 9 (we were only playing 9 anyways) and she said they don’t do that here. Well my friend, maybe you should start doing that here. Anyways, Killian will always have a warm spot in my heart, but this course needs new management, friendlier and more accommodating staff, and some serious time love and dedication.
No food cart
Today no refreshment totally mad off and no drinks on cart I had to stop get at pro shop
Great morning
Course is supposed to open at 6:30AM. I had a 6:50AM Tee time. Doors weren’t open till 6:55AM. Only crappy part. If you can’t open before the first tee time don’t have it posted. It’s a job do it right.
Compared to the cow pasture this course used to be it was incredible. Greens rolled amazing and true. Over all great morning round. Other than my stubborn old school work ethic.
