Great course
Course is beautiful. Well maintained, not too busy when I was there pace was good. Very windy usually makes for a challenge but also very fun. Staff is friendly, easy course to like. Value is great for the money.
Good for beginners
Course is too short and the status of green is worst-case i have been.
Different
Great views, good fun. Has more than average par three's, but quite interesting. Real test of distance and accuracy. Will defently play again.
Very slow
The pace was very slow so my friend and I ended up only playing 9 holes but paid for 18 holes. The course said they couldn't do anything because I used GolfNow for my reservation. I would like to play the back side eventually. Will GolfNow allow me to do this in the future? Please let me know.
Great day of golf
Played the course with a friend. His first time there. Played a round in 2:50mins. Greens were a little long to me. Inserts on cups fir covid were not installed completely greens keeper needs to press to at least a 1/2 in below grass.
What a fun day!
The course was uncrowded and in great condition. The only rough spot was the temporary green on 5. The carts are in excellent shape and the fairways are well kept.
The greens on this course are suffering
I have played this course numerous times, but not for the last year due to the pandemic.
The greens are full of weeds and slow
They still have the stupid inserts in the cups that allow the ball to come out. They are not following current rules as all other courses have removed this junk.
Until major improvements are made to the greens I personally will NOT play there and will not recommend the course to my friends.
Course in bad shape
I've played Dublin Ranch many times in the past. I quit playing about 5 years ago and this was my first time back. I had told my friend how good the course used to be. But we were disappointed. Due to water restrictions, they don't water the fairways. Therefore, most of the fairways are just dirt. But the worst thing was the greens. DR always used to have good greens, but this time, they were torn up and very bumpy. Its like they hadn't been rolled in months and hadn't been cut in days. Really bad. I used to play there a lot, but I don't think I'll go back again. Not for those prices.
