I love the course and the friendliness of the staff.

They had recently sanded the greens, and as a result putting was a mess. In addition, the grounds keepers were constantly in the way tending to the greens. Some seemed a bit stressed out trying to get work accomplished while having to avoid golfers.

Greens were freshly punched so that made them a little tough to putt, other than that the was in good shape & condition!!

I have played this course many times. Not in the greatest condition, but very playable. The greens are always a little spongy, meaning you may not get a consistant roll on the greens. Greens can be hard to read. They do not "roll" the greens here--they just cut them. But the greens are in very good condition at this time of year for the hot summer months. I did NOT encounter any mosquitos this day, being that the course is next to a river. Always a good idea to bring bug spray or bug cream though just in case. I had a nice round. Sand traps in very good condition. Teeing areas can be improved though.

Had a great time. The course was in good shape. The greens were soft and good for scoring. The weather was in the mid nineties, but not too hot.

Thinking Wednesday would be good to play booked a tee time for 1016a. Conditions of the fairways and greens were good considering mid August times usually mean drier conditions. Greens were soft and playable. Always enjoy my round here. However, today was horrible due to slow play. Tee time at 1016a didn't finish until 245pm. 4.5 hours to play with no Marshall in sight in bad. Yes it's Wednesday but the ones slowing up play wasn't new players or hackers. It was the old group, walking, waiting to hit until the greens clear and not even getting close to GIR. They weren't even trying to set their shots up until all clear. What a waste.

Course is in great condition! Went out solo and paired up with a member on the back nine. Very walkable and great staff!

The course is remote. However, it is laid out well and is in great shape. Not much difference between the tee selections. 200yard drives leave you with a mid iron to most par 4s while a 250 yard tee shot puts a wedge in your hand. Regardless of GIR the putting surface is extremely slow. I would like to see it mowed and rolled to take advantage of all the contours.

Pace of play was good. Course conditions were O.K. Greens a bit slow. Fun course to play. My only recommendation would be to put some water jugs on the course. Water is available in the clubhouse.

The greens were in good condition and most of most of the fairways were good too. The heat is hard on the fairways. I like the course.

Our tee time was 7:20. They didn’t open until 7:00. Bland design. Thick grass so your ball is likely to sit up in the fairway. Decent bunkers. Slow greens. Excellent pace of play.
