The course was in very good condition for the amount of rain that we had during January!! The course staff and groundskeepers had to also deal with downed trees from severe winds!!! Which have been mostly cleaned up already!!!
Coyrse in Horrible Consitiin
We were travelling through on my birthday and booked this course last minute because of the high ratings. Very disappointed because the course is horrific shape, we cannot tell fairways from roughs as it was that bad. Dead grass and bare spots everywhere. Locals said the ravines are now ponds and bodies of water from the recent storms. They were also burning the dead fallen tree branches next to the course which did not help with the stinky smoke during our round.
Certainly should not be charging full green fees.
The course has a great layout.
Despite the deluge we had these past few weeks the course is in great shape. The added ponds cause by the deluge made it challenging and fun.
Great course, worth the drive
Love this course. Great shape, staff super friendly and great price. Bunch of blind t shot but good thing I played with a regular. Greens are small yet perfect condition. Worth it!
Very enjoyable round of golf
Had a great time. The price was exceptional, and the course was in good shape. The weather was somewhat cold and windy.

Good Course & Good Value
Greens excellent, traps good, fairways irregular with many damaged areas (exposed dirt), but overall course rating is good and I will play again but must play winter rules and bump the ball, even in summer.
Great course, Fun track!!!
This is my home course so I may be biased!!??!!🤔🤔 The course is always in great shape (even this time of year), staff is always friendly & welcoming!!!
Pretty Good Day Of Golf
Had a real fun time at River Oaks. The pace of play was a bit slow, and the wind was blowing petty hard. But met some nice people, and the round was a lot of fun.
