Miami Shores Country Club

Course was in good condition, greens were fast and true. We would definitely return.

My wife did not enjoy this course, I did, but I had to work at it.

The greens were lightning fast, in great shape, the course was an old layout, no houses, so there was a lot of back and forth

The course is .confusing and we wound up playing the wrong holes twice, they need to mark the way better, very confusing.

I would play it again, however I would not bend over backwards to play it.

The course is correctly priced for the course conditions. The greens had some bare spots but they were green. The fairways were ok the were over grown in some spots. The had elevated greens which is uncommon in south Florida which made a fun challenge. Some of the grass around the greens was dead. It was a good price for the course conditions.

Course and greens were in great condition..Fun course ..Just wide enough to make it challenging and enjoyable.

I first wrote a review over a year ago about one particular staff member/ starter that wasn’t fair to non existing members. So I have a subpar review about staff.

Not the case this time.

The course was great and ,for the rate found through the GN app made it even sweeter.

Played the round in the after noon, well groomed and the greens are fast.

The pace of play was fast with out a rush .

We had very bad weather in Miami today. They may not have closed the course but the rain was torrential. I spoke to the pro shop and they agreed we couldn’t play at that time. Please reimburse my money! Thank you

Course overall was In great shape. Greens were quick

Played Sunday morn after some heavy rain the previous days. The small greens were in good shape, most being elevated but there were lots of wet spots in the fairway. The course is generous off the tee but small greens put a premium on iron play. Pace of okay was slow but I auppose that’s common in Miami.

The club house is a bit old but nice. Full locker room with showers which was convenient.

There are lots of interesting old fig trees and other tropical trees on the course.

The only real negative was one pond on the course had a pollution boom and it had collected a load of floating trash. Can’t blame the course for all the trash but if they’re going to set up the floating boom they should go clean up the trash. And people need to learn to put trash in the proper receptacles.

Very changeable weather however course was in good condition.

Booked a tee time on Golfnow. Got to the course and they punched the greens the day before and the back nine is closed because they’re punched GM those today. We got in the car and played somewhere else. I would like a refund for my feed Golfnow..

Fastest greens in S. Florida. Great course in very good shape.

Excellent greens, excellent fairways, great layout.

This is an old but not a typical FL course. It has elevated greens, some contour fairways, fewer water hazards, etc. The greens just got punched about 2 weeks ago but they have recovered very well. Therefore, the greens are even much better in about another week or so. The hole layouts are somewhat confusing for first-time players at the course but management tries to provide as many directional signs as possible to help the players navigate the course. The regular fee is kind of pricey when comparing to other nearby similar courses. Overall, I would play this course again is the price is right and would recommend it to friends.
