Nice Golf Course
I played an early morning round in the heat at Heron's Glen yesterday. I was paired wit another Golfnow guy and later a few holes in a member joined us. Very nice golf course in great shape. A lot of water here and some of the holes on the front 9 were somewhat narrow. The back nine was a bit more forgiving. Both nines have a ton of homes near the course. I liked all of the par 3 holes. A few interesting risk/reward dogleg holes as well. This is cart ball only, there are some long distances between a few of the greens. Free driving range where you hit the balls into a lake. Ice machines and water on the course in several spots. Rangers came around with cold, wet, lemon scented washcloths as well.
Beautiful golf course.
Great golf course as the golf course starts out playing tight but fair. The back nine fairways are a lot wider and I love how fair the course is. A must play and another plus are the people that work there. I will be back and will spread the word how nice it is to play.

Great Course
Our tee time was 12:45 and we were the last group out with no one in front of us so we had the course all to ourselves!
The course was in great shape and the staff was excellent. The starter brought us ice cold towels on the course!

Nice Surprise
First time I played Heron and I was pleasantly surprised. As with most courses the first time you play it you learn for the next time, which I am looking forward to doing.

This place is fantastic...free range balls is are just super cool except for the guy collecting the balls, he was rude. Course is perfectly set up for those who can hit a draw off the tee. The greens were just punched, other than that the conditions were top notch. People around there are great. Pro Shop guy Mike was friendly and very knowledgeable. During season this course 5 stars all around easily.

Best Course in the area!
I had brought two friends to play and they even thought from tee box, to fairways, and the greens were terrific. We will come back again and again. Even Asst. 19th hole was great with happy hour prices and free popcorn a and bar snacks. Every one from checking in to starter to bar were all very polite courteous very accommodating made us feel like we were members. All courses need to visit and take lessons on how to treat customers.

Hidden Gem
This course is a hidden gem in my opinion. The course layout is superb. A little short from the back tees at 6,450 yds, but plenty of strategic water and bunkers to make you play to your strengths. Some of the best set of Par 3's in the county too. You'll hit just about every club in the bag. Course conditions were excellent especially considering we had 8-inches of rain in the preceding week. I booked this on GN for a great rate and the pro even apologized for having to cancel my booking from the week before. I couldn't believe he remembered and he even gave a honest explanation which I didn't expect. The starter was super friendly as well. I like playing here because they treat you as a member and the course is always in great shape. Pace of play was outstanding in the afternoon.

Love the course and it was in great shape, save for the fact they had aerated the greens 4 days previous, so of course that was unfortunate.

Perfect course!
The staff was very friendly and helful. I've played with a friend and a senior couple who very residents, very nice people, we all enjoyed it. After we had some delay on the first four holes, the marshall fixed it and we could play without any issue. I've played from tee no. three which was perfect for me. The course with tee boxes, faiways and bunkers were in perfect condition. The greens fast, just great. The lay out of the course is challenging but fair. The club house very(!) nice and busy, the bar tender very friendly. All in all it is one of the best courses I've played in Florida, congrats the the management and the team!

Mind Blowing
Herons Glen is a hidden gem in North Fort Myers! Such and amazing track with a friendly staff. The course is unbelievably beautiful and comes at a very fair price! If you are a Ft Myers resident I advise buying the SWFL PGA card and you can play here for $25 from May through the end of October! Enjoy!

This course never disappoints! It is a must play!
Everytime I have played this course it has been in excellent condition!
I play a lot of different courses in Florida and this one stacks up to the best ones when it comes to course conditions.
The greens especially are as good as anything I have played.
The staff was very friendly and I played with some very nice members!
If I lived closer to this golf course and wanted to join a country club this would definitely be one I would consider!
This is a gem that you must put on your florida bucket list! I will be back!

18 hole review
I played with a member whom I had not met before and found the fellowship and quality of the course to be excellent. Conditions of the greens etc. are one of the best I have played this season. Better than Heron Creek, Bobcat, Kingsway to name a few.

Course in great condition and worth the money
The course was in great shape, very tight lots of sand and water, but we still enjoyed playing. Each hole had a different challenge and beautify about it. Driving distance from 9 to 10 was a bit long, but I would still recommend this course. One thing that I found to be lacking was a refreshment cart which most courses have and no snack bar or place to pick up drinks for the course.

A Must-Play course
You won't be disappointed. Our round was a little slow due to some older players in front of us but, what the heck, we didn't have anywhere else to be so we enjoyed the sunny weather. Greens were excellent. Fairways great. A lot of holes involve some target golf, so get it together on the range before heading out

Professional A to Z
First class greeting from the Pro upon arrival. Driving range, putting green and chipping green all within 300 feet of each other. Friendly starter called to the tee 5:00 minutes before actual Tee time. Pace of play was great, played in 4:15.
All in all a very enjoyable day. Looking forward to returning.
