Just terrible course conditions. The fairways were soaked to the point where most shots just plugged and if you make it to the green it looks like the entire Oakland As infield had just finished doing the electric slide all over the green. I'm talking ball marks, tufts of grass sticking up and full-on GASHES everywhere you looked on all 18 greens.

The staff was very friendly which was the only redeeming quality of this experience.

Way too expensive for some of the worst conditions I've ever seen on a course.

Love the layout of the course. Challenging target golf like a links style for shotmaking. Greens in really poor shape and tee boxes were dirt. I’d go back when they clean the course up.

Wanted to let others know before paying too much for this course because of it's current conditions. Warning people who take the time to check the course before playing. I think this course is challenging and would be of value if the Tee Boxes - Fairways and especially the greens which were horrendous. Even a bad muni was better. The money there asking is way to much. Save your money and wait to check out the reviews later to see if they start taking better care of the course. I was very disappointed with the conditions. Plus they charge extra to ride single to squeeze more money out of you :-(

Good course layout. Very friendly staff. The greens should be kept up much better considering the price per round.

Not allowing carts at driving range seemed odd. Tee boxes were in poor condition. Greens needed to be rolled.100’s of divisors not repaired by players. Beer girl cart need to stock more food.

The greens were basically unplayable. It looked like they scarified (?) instead of aerated and sanded the usual way. I'm not an expert, put I've played on many recently-punched greens that are totally playable. There were many parts of the course that were muddy and at the same time tons of dirt and hardpan where there should have been grass. My drive on #16 plugged in the middy fairway first week in November, where there had been no rain since Spring. Tee boxes were almost all in terrible shape and they often had three boxes all together. They really need to shut this course down and fix the issues.

Green was super slow even for a fairly new golfer like me that hit a little too strong most of the time.

The greens and tee boxes were in horrendous shape. It was almost a joke that the greens fees are over $45.

For greens being aerated 3 weeks ago, they were unacceptable for the $85 green fee. This course is usually in way better shape. The tee boxes need A Lot of attention as well as the greens.

Course conditions are horrible every tee box is in horrible condition and the greens ...slow bumpy with patches of grass sticking up everywhere. The guy who checked me in was a jerk...It’s Halloween and I had a Happy Gilmore jersey on over my ( collared shirt ) and he called me out on it saying nice jerseys but you need a collared shirt and then afterwords asked me if I had ever played there before like I was some type of hack I’m guessing because of my Happy Gilmore Jersey ( Halloween costume ) the starter Was very friendly. This place is not worth the money, I don’t recommend playing here. Oh by the way .... shot 1 under on the front and 2 over on the back with my Happy Gilmore Jersey on and horrible greens. ( Happy Halloween )

The course was in terrible condition. The tee boxes lacked even a semblance of grass and the greens we overgrown and unputtable.
