Such a shame. I played here on a Monday at 2:00pm so the green fee was $39, but even for that price what a waste. This course used to be so well taken care of, now its a dump. Like seriously some of the worst conditions I've seen for a course. Tee boxes are patchy and uneven, the greens not cut so its like putting on carpet, many of the fairways is a mud pit from over watering.

I don't know what happened, this used to be a challenging well taken care of course. I have no plans on playing here again for a very long time.

Was excited to play this course because I know it is pretty challenging. Was very disappointed that we were charged an additional $5 per cart. That was fine...however, there were so many holes were it was Cart Path Only! Wished we were told that when I called in the day before and that extra $5. Like Really? Matter of principle...

The nice touch that I love though was they had a couple of guys at the 18th hole who cleaned our clubs. It was kinda muddy out there. I was exhausted from all the walking...& not from my playing.

I have not played here since July and the Course turned into a dog track. There are signs of heavy play and obviously a fortune made but no maintenance and mis management. The tee boxes are a total mess with bare spots and lumpy lies, The greens were not cut in a while to were they roll to a 4 on the stint, and wet spots from over watering and or broken sprinklers. The price paid was $39 and not the normal $60s but it was not worth even that.

Once a prime course in the east bay but not no more.

Tee boxes were all awful.

The greens were punched 10+ days ago yet they appear to have not been cut since then so were extremely long slow and bumpy.

Only my second time playing here. The first time was at least 15 to 20 years ago. I really enjoy the layout. All par 4s are of different lengths, really challenges your discipline & strategy. “Do I go for it, or play safe by laying up?” Few holes are just brutal because they are like link style, and you can’t even see where you’re suppose to hit the ball to.

Condition is a bit poor, in mid October. All tee boxes are in desperate need of repairs. Fairways look like they need to recuperate after a long summer. Green seems to be built on top of a thick layer of sand. When an approach shot lands on the green, it makes a deep impression and pulls up the grass on top. The green is super dry yet very “grabby”. You really need to hit the ball for it to go, and it runs & hops instead of roll.

I would definitely come back to play here in the future. Hopefully, they will get the course back in top shape.

I have played this course many times from the tips(6800 + yards), today’s experience was horrific. The tee boxes barely had grass, uneven, holes, muddy, and some tee boxes no longer existed. With 4 or 5 tee boxes typically per hole barely 1 tee box was playable and as a consequence many of the holes had multiple tee markers together. In addition to the horrible tee boxes was soggy and muddy fairways. Many fairways not have had the grass cut. Speaking of cut, the greens were rolling maybe a 7 or 8. They were so slow and shaggy.

All in all, even though we received a discount because pro shop said the course had not recovered from aeration, still not worth money.

Booked online for $59 since they recently aerated the , but the staff offered an additional $20 dollars off. Which that was great! And that is where the praise stops. The tee boxes were dead or little to no grass at all. Some tee boxes we moved up to the whites since the blue tees were terrible.

Fairways had several dead spots and soggy spots.

Greens were slow from the recent aeration, but they will be fine by the weekend.

This course use to be a 5-5 now it’s a 2-5. Such a shame! Management top to bottom should be shamed !

I will give the break of recent aerated greens. Terrible shape aside from that. Kinda sad, considering how cool the course was 10 yrs ago

Great course.... But tee boxes? Really bad... said they will fix them now that the weather will permit

All the tee boxes had little to no grass and were uneven. Greens had just been aerated even though I called and was told they were not working on the greens. Terrible conditions.
