Championship at Hollybrook Golf & Tennis Club

First time on this course.

Pro Shop staff has a pulse, but that’s just all you get. Outside staff much friendlier, helpful and welcoming.

Wide open course with well tended tee boxes, wide fairways easy to hit, but you will get punished if visiting the rough. Not much water or fairway bunkers.

Greens were extremely well kept and very consistent from hole to hole. On the fast side with challenging breaks. Very impressed with the quality.

Water throughout the course, even an ice machine in the back 9! Ball washers, fill sand on par 3 tee boxes, everything needed on the course. Off course amenities and club bar not that enticing. Come to this place for the golf.

I’ll play here again.

Course was in great shape. The elevated greens offer a challenge. The staff is always friendly. I love that they have ice and water throughout the course.

Great course. Very challenging. Great value for money. Only downside is driving range because you are hitting the balls straight to the water.

It's a nice course did not like the deep grass side of fairways.could not find balls. Not very chalanging course. A bit high priced for course in comparison with others

This is one of the better golf courses that I have played at and flyovers and golf App previews don’t do it justice. There isn’t much water hit over on the course but the length and angles made it a challenging golf course. The fairways and greens and in very good shape, except for certain patches on greens here and there. The greens are the fastest and hardest that I have ever played on, so takes a bit of getting used to, if you are not a regular. The facilities are in good shape but the restaurant wasn’t open and there is no “cart girl.” However, there are ice machines and water on the course, along with air conditioned rest rooms. The restaurant wasn’t open when I was there.

Check-in was fast and easy and very organized. Play can be slow in the morning on weekends, but the course is empty in the afternoon.

The course is a bit pricey and is only available to residents of the Hollybrook community during the winter season.

One of my favorite courses to play in the area. Great staff, putting green, chipping area, and course. Only bad thing is the cost to play has skyrocketed post COVID. Always on the lookout for a good hotdeal

Was not impressed with the layout could not fined rhe hole not signed posted at all.

For the second time in as many weeks we had to follow a female foursome at 707am. it had to be the same group from 2 weeks prior. even though they only played 9 holes (thank heavens).

someone in that foursome is using some type of suction cup on the end of their putter, maybe all of them, to extract the ball from the cup. Because on all nine hole the cups lips were clearly damaged - that is - the rims of every hole were "pulled up" and half could not be repaired. We mentioned this to the starter and in the club house but nothing was done.

The course was very wet due to previous 2 days of rain but it is well drained and in excellent condition. Despite the rain a 90 degree cart rule was in affect. Amazing! The humidity was awful but the course did not disappoint!

Since it is a CC, summer is the only time casual golfers can play it. But it is worth the wait and the weather!

Our foursome was told on hole 8 to speed things up even though we were on pace for a sub 2 hour first 9. Sped up and got to the turn only to find a 30 minute wait for hole 1 (we started on 10). Apparently they let a group that was 15 minutes late tee off, which made the issue worse. We finished in just over 5 hours. I’ll admit it’s a good course, in good condition, but the pace was just absurd.
