Condition of course is poor, especially tee boxes and many greens. It needs attention and money to be better rated and a real benefit to the community.

All good except pace
Any course that has coolers and ice on the carts is OK by me. There are water stations with ice machines throughout the course. Course was in good shape, but greens were a little shaggy and not as good as I remember from last year.
Pace of play was terrible. Started at 12:37pm and ended at 5:50pm. We only had 3 people, and we had 2 groups of 3 stacked up behind us, too. For them it had to have been a 6-hour round. Our group had 1 playing from the tips and who could get to the green on most holes in 2-3 hits, but we had to wait forever for him to hit first, with the groups ahead not using carts effectively, or waiting in the fairway for the green to clear despite being 250 yards out and barely hitting their drivers past 120. I'm not the best golfer, but I know what tees to play and when to pick up to keep it moving. Otherwise, it's hurry up and wait over the span of 5 hours.

I really like it his course only issue is the pace. I’m sitting in the cart waiting on every shot. I play 3-4 times a week in the area and always Walk. I play Normandy, Miami Beach, Doral, Miami Lakes. None of them have a problem with walking and the pace is excellent. I don’t understand why I his one does not allow it. It’s not

Always in good shape
I play there often. The course is always in good shape. Greens challenging not over bearing. They allow seniors to drive close to the green that keeps the pace good. The staff is very friendly. Check it out when you can.

Very good course
This is one of my favorite courses. Course is very well maintained. By far the best course in the area. Fairways in good shape and greens are in top shape!! Glad they opened to the public this early this year!!

Hello, we only played a few holes, because the rain started to fall.. The Hollybrook Golf Club authorized us a rain-check, but you must communicate with them, to finalize everything. I tried to Reach you at several phone numbers, but none worked.. I sent a chat this morning on your site, but no call back yet.. Decent track
Pretty solid conditions all around. Nice greens and bunkers. Fairways were good but not immaculate. The course layout was a little mundane but all and all this is a quality place to play golf.
