Championship at Hollybrook Golf & Tennis Club

This was my first time playing this course since it was redone and it was awesome. The greens were in excellent shape and the course challenges you from start to finish. Will be back for sure!

The course was in great shape. Nice big greens, that roll true. Can't wait to play it again.

Although the course is in the middle of the city, it is very tranquil, not crowded and in very good condition. The greens could be a little faster. The fairways are in very good condition and there are at least 4 tee choices. The challenge is moderate and the course is playable by all skill levels.

We played the last week of the public welcome period, the course is private during the winter. Months. The weather was nice and cool and the greens were running fast. I love the course because of the low player numbers during the year and the way it is so forgiven.

A challenging golf course which is in great condition from the tee boxes to the greens. A course that can be crowded but play moves along at a good pace. A very nice value for a course in such good condition. I would highly recommend the course to every level of golfer. The course plays very different when the wind is blowing like it can in South Florida. Enjoy!!

Course was not over crowded and was in very good shape.

This course is extremely challenging with its large greens which are mostly upraised. Because the course is open and can be very windy,. sometimes it is necessary to go up two extra clubs in order to reach the greens from the well manicured fairways.
I am an 8 handicap player, yet on this particular course I often fight to break 90!

30 buck on a Sunday Morning, course in great shape, greens are all elevated (so take a club up on each hole). Really really nice.

Even though greens were aerated 2 weeks earlier, rolled very well.

First time here..and was very impressed with the course.

Course was in good condition but the staff was very unfriendly. Played late afternoon and course was empty. Enjoy the layout because of the elevated greens.

Hollybrook is a hidden jewel. It is a very well maintained course that will test your game in every aspect. It is one of my favorite courses in South FL to play. Unless you are a member, Golfnow is your only ticket to this wonderful golf course. Every green is elevated which provides a refreshing alternative to most south FL courses. This is a great course, don't miss an opportunity to play it.

Great elevated greens and just enough of a challenge to keep you on your toes. Course is in great condition and even though it rained twice while we were out, it drained very quick. Clubhouse is closed and no cart-girl delivering anything so pack beverages. Water and Ice available every few holes so you wont die but it would be nice to still have someone out there...hmmm, business opportunity? Anyways, I would say its probably one of the nicest courses in Broward available on Golf Now in the under-$50 range. Grand Palm, Jacaranda, Diplomat all a little better and all above $50 normally (for a morning Tee Time)

great course for the time and money. if you are halfway decent and not a foursome group plan on waiting. only open to the public in the summer.

Fun to play. Only open to the public a few months out of the year so its a treat when you get to play

I had a great time playing this course. It was well kept, and the layout kept you thinking on every shot. The challenge was the raised greens, which affected your club selection on the approach shots. Great course. Would love to play again.

Both fairways and greens are very well maintained.
Slope rating from 6,200 yards markers is 129 so not terribly challanging, just a fun place to play.

I played this course the day after an intense long heavy rain, expected fairly wet conditions and was highly surprised at how well the course had drained. The dominance of elevated greens certainly helped but the fairways and tee boxes were dry and firm as well. Overall it's a fairly open course, only a few holes that require strategic shots off the tee - this is a course where your short game will make or break you. Play was as fast as I went, one friendly foursome invited me through as a single with no prompting.
Carts were in good condition, staff was friendly and accommodating. Entrance to the course is off S Douglas if you look at the map. Signage is minimal.
When the deal is right w/ GolfNow I'll be back.

Staffs are friendly with complementary range balls and ice machines at convenient locations. I like the lay out, distance, challenges, elevated and tricky greens.
