Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Great course, in great condition.
This course is in great shape, just wish we saw the cart lady more
Very nice course
Conditions were great piece of play was a little slow would definitely play here again. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were in great shape.

Good support by all staff members, nice back 9. Good location, quiet site.

I user to play this course since the last 3 years and year after year they upgrade the greens, the fairways and now they work on the carpath
The cons is they increased the fees

This course has improved. Fairways are much better Tee boxes are good. Greens are fair to good now. Enjoyed the course

Nice course the roughs too high off the fairways. Nice Course layout is nice and fun with plenty of water. Pace of play was slow and the Marshall did nothing to speed it up. I would play again but NOT on the weekend.

Overall the course is in good shape. The greens are also in very good condition. My two complaints are the lack of a cart girl for beverages, and yardage markers on every hole since the carts lack a GPS system. Aside from that, good round for the money.
