Save your money
Not worth the cost. The course seems to think they are a high end country club, but this is not the case. After teeing off, the first time the beverage cart came around was hole 8. She only had chips due to “supply issues”. We were also informed the halfway house is permanently closed. The course will have 2 bev carts only when the course is fully booked. There is no marshal to maintain pace of play. There are screens and the cart to track play. Unfortunately, our cart shut off twice in the middle of the fairway due to “restricted areas”. The “grill” is members only unless you are playing with proof. After 15 min of waiting, we were told that our drinks would arrive when ready, 2 bottled beers were ordered. I was trying this course out to become a member. Unfortunately, the overall staff and course experience will make me never play here again.
The difference a year can make!
I played in a member guest here a year ago and the greens were amazing! They probably rolled around a 12 on the stint meter. Today was one of the most disappointing rounds I have ever played. The greens were horrible! They probably rolled around a 7 on the stint meter. Traditions is charging WAY TOO MUCH for a course in this shape. It’s not worth $25, much less $70!
Stay out of the Rough
The Rough was Rough but I don’t mind that it should be penalizing. Hit your ball in the Short Grass. The greens were okay my boys would like them a little faster but they were fast enough you just had to hitem.
Fantastic course
Probably one of the best public/private courses you can play… tee times can be tough to get sometimes but definitely worth it if you can grab one. Fairways were great and greens were tricky.
Aerification
Greens are being punched on Monday and Tuesday, April 18 & 19th.
Only complaint was all the debris on the greens and around the fairways. They hadn’t blown anything off or cut the greens in some time. Besides that it’s a good course
Beautiful Challenge
Lil windy and cold today but was worth the experience. Great hot deal rate after Thanksgiving.
Super course super staff.
Greens and course all in great shape. I touch pricey to be so far out but I hear they are thinking of taking it private. Play it while you can.
NO AERATION alert
Way to pricey w freshly punched greens. Like putting on an unpaven road. Liked the layout with the exception of a few hole. Disappointed with NOT knowing what the conditions of the greens were when I made the reservation
Everything but …
Really good shape except there was no notice that the greens were aerated. 3 par fives snd par threes on the back made it quite interesting. As was said in an older review; $9 for 36 range balls is quite steep, especially when there is no yardage markers on the practice range.
Great course
Course was in perfect condition. Pace was decent. Challenging but fun layout.
Beautiful but difficult
Course is beautiful, greens are true, layout is tough. Hardest 18th hole over ever played.
