Beautiful course, great views. Moved around fairly quick for a Sunday.

Well maintained. Greens were in great condition. Club house is old and out-of-date. For less than $30.00 it is a great deal.

We took the 25 minute drive out to WV yesterday and had a phenomenal time... The course is in very, very good condition right now - especially given the dryness out there. The greens were simply immaculate; receptive, fast, and true...

I cannot say enough about the staff there. Incredibly friendly, accommodating (we were running a few minutes behind), and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good round. I want to specifically give recognition to James in the golf shop - he took great care of us when we decided to play another 9 holes.

All in all, well worth the drive out to Valley Center. **Don't forget to stop @ Fat Ivor's (down the road) on your way out - phenomenal BBQ!!

Course was in excellent shape and uncrowded (maybe because of Mother's Day).

The course was in good condition. Very challenging from the back tees. The starter was very rude to our group.

Started in the rain but that only lasted for two holes. We were the first group out at 8:30am due to conditions and played like it was our private club.

Fairways were lush and greens were receptive.

Not exactly close but worth the drive.

The guy in the pro-shop was friendly. Cart was in good shape. Fairways are, for the most part, nice. The greens were pretty consistant. The traps were very good, plenty of sand. The back nine is very scenic, real pleasant to the eyes.. The day was very enjoyable and I will definately go back.

As approaching rain, even though my deal didn't include a cart, but they offer a cart for me without extra charge. Tiny concern but helped.

This a nice course as you look at it, there were some bald patches on the fairways, greens where very slow, overall a very nice course to play.

New ownership, they now have gas carts, until they buy new ones. The fairways were spotty, the tee boxes need mowing, and the greens are slow with alot of ball marks. Someone wearing soft spikes really drug their feet and spun their heals on the greens and really marked them up, especially near the hole. Easy enough to walk, with a push cart. The back nine is better than the front as far as layout and views. Driving range was good, putting green in small but okay, did not see a chipping area. Saw the cart person once, plenty of water jugs on course.

This course had a great layout, pace of play was great and conditions were good, especially for the price.

It's good to play at a course that has real sand in the traps, although I don't like being in them.

First time playing this course, and I was pleasantly surprised. Very enjoyable layout with a great variety of holes. Challenging yet very playable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who happens to be out in this area. I you are in the area or happen to be going to any of the local casinos, bring the clubs and check out this course. You won't be dissapointed. Conditions were very good from tee to green.

I like this course. My only concern is some low lying areas in the fairway that have not drained well although there has been very little rain. Greens are well kept and roll nicely although many patrons seem to have a problem fixing ball marks. Lots of hazards so bring your A-game :D

The course was well maintained and a pleasure to play. A tight layout but fair.

This course is very challengeing, well kept and nice greens. Love to play here and highly reccomended to play, but bring extra balls for this course has narrow fairways and about 7 holes with water into play. Over all it has nice features and is a beautiful course. A fun round of golf and well worth the price.

It was a wonderful Friday afternoon round of golf! Staff was very friendly and super helpful! The tee time bookings were spot on because there was sense of being rushed at all and we never saw the people in front of us after the first 2 holes! Overall great day and I would definitely bring friends again!

1st time playing this course. Very nice change of pace golf course. The views are great and the overall condition of the course was nice. Made a road trip to play here and do not regret the decision. However, I felt the course was challenging. Has blind dog leg holes and the greens were not playing the same throughout the holes. Some green were fast and some were slow. I have to comeback to make up for the bad round.

I played at Woods Valley on Wednesday, and the conditions were great. The fairways were looking above average and the greens were fast. I really enjoyed my round and look forward to going back, maybe with a few extra balls in my bag. It is easy to lose one in the rough. If you do go looking for them, watch out for snakes. The only complaint that I have about the place, and it's hardly a complaint, is that there are no ball wash stations at any of the holes. With that said, I would not hesitate to golf at Woods Valley on a regular basis.

I was surprised when we pulled up. I didn't expect it to be so nice. Course was well maintained, 95% of the fairways were green and well groomed. Greens were a little firm but nothing to whine about. Its not too friendly if you're a hard slicer as youll find your ball in the light brush or woods, which there are very few or none side by side fairway to save you. Stay away from the brush as there are a lot of snake holes. All in all, very enjoyable round and was surprised how empty it was on a saturday mid morning. Will be back for sure.
