Native Oaks Golf Club

Course provided a challenging and fun experience overall, however we got stuck behind a threesome who took too long to hit, scattered shots everywhere, and hit from the back tees so our pace was dreadfully slow....we waited 5-8 minutes per shot and this threesome never waved us through...meanwhile the group behind us consistently hit balls into our area. The need for a marshall to speed up slow groups and regulate play is CRITICAL here.
Other than that complaint, Woods Valley is worth the trip.

The course is in good shape despite being on top of a hill and getting lots of sunshine this time of year. But it's a true test of golf and very fun.

#14 is a beast from the tips. Back left pin on #10 was tough. #16 is a good, tough par 3. Very fun course to play.

scenic back 9 but you can score well with a good tee shot ( 220-240 ) in the fairway of course.

Fairways bad condition and greens were true but many balls marks not attended to. Would be a nice track if it was maintained

Woods Valley is great course with challenging par 3's. I have been playing here since it opened and as the course matures it developes a little more bite. This is one of the best values in San Diego county

NEEDS WATER ON FAIRWAYS.CULB HOUSE IS A TRAILER BUT THAT IS OK. GOOD HOT DOGS,NO CONDEMENTS.
COURSE NEEDS YARDAGE MARKERS.

Enjoyed the round with my son. First time we had played the course and we will play it again.

good course, laied out nicely, fun for every level

This course starts out somewhat easy on the front nine progressing to difficult on the back nine. They have just airiated the fairways and when your ball hits you never know which way it will go and the distance of the roll is affected.

I found the course in great shape. I had not played this course in 3 years but found an improvement in the fairways and the greens were great.

greens were just punched but were still fairly quick and rolled true. fairways were in great shape. for $25 it is a great value

The greens had been sanded so they played as expected.

the course was golfer friendly ... fairways maintained .. and the greens were located in the most treasured part of the hole .. greens were deep green and easy to find after u were able to shoot .. whole course is wrapped in nature like you playing in a park lost in time

Been playing a little less than 2 months and been to around 7 different golf courses and would rank this as the second most challenging I've been to behind Salt Creek. Course is very well maintained and can't complain about anything but my game play really. Would definitely try the course again and at $30.00 with cart it's a steal at that price.

Played Woods Valley Golf Club on Friday May 24, 2013 after reading a few decent reviews.... the course overall was in very good condition! Most of the tee boxes, fairways, greens were in above average condition! Above average meaning I've played this course when it was not in good condition. There was good grass on the tee boxes & most of the fairways. The greens were in good condition but fairly beat up from golfers not repairing their divots! Was only in the sand once (hole 18) & was in very good condition!

This course is a great value! A little warm in the summer but overall it's fantastic.

This was my first time playing this course. The course was in excellent condition. The course was challenging and the layout was great. The course had character. I really enjoyed it.

Played at 5:15 AM and course was in good condition. Tee boxes were great, fairways in good condition, and greens were great.
