The Chimneys Golf Course features 18 holes of exceptional golf. Our signature feature is the abundance of native rock found on-site, intricately hand-laid throughout the course to accent our greens, fairways, and pedestal tees. With strict attention to detail and no homes in sight, the course plays as a par 72, just shy of 6500 yards over five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all abilities. Transformed greens!

We use to play this course frequently when we lived in the area. After moving to North Georgia 8 years ago, we have not returned. We found a great deal online and decided to return to a great course. We were not disappointed; and my wife commented how much she liked the course. Except for a very slow threesome in front of us, the day would have been excellent. Course conditions were great, and there are some challenging holes; with one hole having a reasonable forced carry if you play from the tips or the Blues. All around a great course to play; but you need patience if the course is busy with a lot of golfers new to the game; needing those extra shots off the tee.

Fix the greens!

The course was in great shape except for the greens. You can’t roll a putt. You bump and jump it. They are so slow you almost can’t hit it hard enough to get it to the hole. Hopefully they will get better.

Disappointed in GolfNow big time.

We didn’t get to play because there were thunderstorms and tornadoes in the area. Canceled it on the website but didn’t get a rain check or a refund. It’s ridiculous because there was no one on the planet that would play in that weather. It’s my first time using GolfNow and I am very disappointed.

The rain has stopped for now. Nice to see the ball bounce in the fairway. Pace of play was great started out as a twosome caught another twosome on the 4th tee. From there the four of us finished in just over 3 1/2 hours.
