Great course, even better staff
I played the Mountain course. Very good layout. Good mix of easy and challenging holes. Some fairways are wide open, others are very tight with small landing areas. Overall, very enjoyable course. Greens rolled true, just enough pace to make it difficult but not easy.
The person who checked me in (Manny?) He was really nice. Welcoming and joyful.
I will love to play the Lake course if I am ever back out that way.
Decent Track
The course was decent, greens were in good shape, fairways and tee boxes were ok.
It’s not going to blow your socks off but it’s not going to leave you disappointed. It’s a decent track that I’d play again
Great day. Great course. There are some difficult holes with water and bunkers, but the challenge was fun. Played early afternoon with no one in front or behind us until we caught a group on 16.
Soggy day
Mirror Lake can be a very good round if you select the right 18 . Love the Lake course but unfortunately we played the Mountain course. The front 9 is horribly in need of maintenance. The fairways must hold a lot of water because they're either muddy or washed out. The greens are in good shape. The back is in much better shape, but overall not worth the price we paid. Play the Lake course.
Nice layout, good condition and valur
Staff was helpful, course in good condition, layout generally forgiving but provided some shorter tighter holes where you had to make the decision on safety vs distance.
Restaurant had decent options and great fries, a little slow to serve the food.
Recommend you add it to your list of courses to play.
Course in good shape. Greens in excellent shape. Worth a trip.
Mountain Course at Mirror lake
Mountain course offers good value and an interesting layout. Requires also positional play instead of only hitting bombs, but allows also big hitters to take benefit of their skills. No complaints about course conditions and as a first-timer everything was clearly explained before the round. Had a starter in place which I always appreciate. I will go again and would recommend this course especially if a "deal" is available.
Not worth the title of Private
This course is no where near on par with a Private Club. The conditions of the tee boxes and most of the fairways were that of a $60 public course. The greens and some of the actual views on occasion were the best thing going for this place, but does not warrant a $90 dollar price tag. They have 36 holes and only had one cart girl I saw one time on hole 3. After the round I went in to eat and they had this fairly rude or opposite of friendly waitress with a smug look and attitude the whole time. Would never return to this course at the price point it’s at currently. As stated previously should not be anymore than $60 bucks. Nothing special about this course. Cobblestone in Acworth is a better bang for your buck course..
Very fun course
The mountain course was very fun and played very well. Unfortunately my driver was not cooperative with me so I didn’t play as well as I could have, but the course was quite fun and will be coming back to try the lake course
Not impressed.
No displays in the carts. No course map. Cart paths are beat! Lots of patchy bald hard pack spots on fairways. Should be a $30 round. Rental clubs were very nice. Staff very friendly
Course was in good shape! Pace of play was great until the bottle neck at the 18th. All in all though it was a beautiful day on the course. Mountain course is the way to go in my opinion.
Great Day
Tee off 5 min early, never caught anyone in front of us and never had anyone waiting behind us. golfers dream. I hate being rushed so was so pleased with this course. Played the tips which was very challenging and the greens we're pretty difficult too. Very great experience with my brand new set of golf clubs. this was my first time playing there but I will definitely come back. thanks
