Pines at Woodmont Country Club
About
The Pines is one of two championship golf courses at Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac. It and the Cypress Course share a gently rolling landscape that is sprinkled with mature trees, which frame the views from the elevated tees. While they share the same terrain, the courses offer very different challenges. The lengthier Cypress requires both distance and accuracy while the Pines Course will get you thinking. It is a shot maker's course that will test a variety of skills. Course management is key as is a well thought out strategy for every hole. The layout features undulating greens and tree-lined fairways that also place a premium on accurate shot placement. In addition to the golf courses, Woodmont C.C. also has a driving range and two putting greens for golfers to use.

This course was one of the worst public tracks I’ve ever played in the Ft Lauderdale area. Greens were half decent but every other aspect of the course was awful. Poor tee boxes, terrible bunkers, fairways were bad. I highly recommend playing somewhere else. The 4 star rating on golf now is a joke. Way overpriced for an $85 course!
Nice day on the course
Course was in great shape from tee to green. I was first tee time in morning so played front 9 in less then 90 minutes. However I ran into groups starting their round on 10 as I made the turn, and slowed way down for back as took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Not too bad, but wish I could have continued at front 9 pace as I play better when not having to wait on every shot. All in all was thrilled with course condition and staff was great. will play their numerous more times while wintering in Florida.
Florida golf
Outside staff just as friendly as you would love someone to speak to you. Inside that’s another story. Maybe etiquette class would help him. The course teaches basic greeting adults with respect, making friends, and positive body language and eye contact. Just a suggestion. He is your lively hood of your business. Understand if he hates his job. Course was in nice shape. They are resodding in lots of laced.

Busy Friday on holiday weekend. But 5 hours? No Marshall. Lot of ground under repair. Poor signage. Cart pavement falling apart In many places. Staff nice. Will not return.
