Enjoyed the course. A bit challenging, but played the Pete Dye Westin the day before and enjoyed that more. Pretty layout, but could have used more watering in spots.

Beautiful Jack Nicklaus course. Can't wait to play it again.

This is a challenging and excellent course. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Playing there is always a pleasure.

I love playing this course. Fun design yet challenging. Grounds and greens are in great shape. Staff friendly and courteous.

So poorly run. 7 hour round on a Saturday morning, not even peak season in Palm Springs. They sent a large tournament out around 830 and it backed everything up. Started 30 min behind and waited 20 min on each tee. Absolute nightmare and no help from the clubhouse. Came here for my birthday with 7 friends from all over the country. Completely ruined the day.

Pace of play was not kept up very slow round. No Marshall to enforce

I'll admit I am a higher handicapper that's quickly improving but a little intimidated on nicer courses. These guys were very welcoming and staff is beyond awesome. Paired up with some great folks and was able to keep pace of play even though the course was pretty challenging. Really boosted my confidence. Practice facility is remarkable. . Only thing missing is ability to hit driver at the short 30 yard mini range but I will always play this course in Palm Springs. If you are a beginner golfer but can keep up with the pack. This were you want to play.!

We always enjoy a game at Escena. Each time we come to Palm Springs we like to visit this course. It is challenging but has some forgiving aspects as well. Each time we have played the course has been in great condition this time was no different. For my 20 handicap it is a challenging course but I enjoy the course every time.

This course is beautiful and fairly open. There are a number of bunkers to maneuver around but the fairways are wide and the rough is manageable. Greens are very fast with minimal break on most. Played two days in a row and improved by 5 stokes.

I was very happy to see that this year I could book a round here through GolfNow as a single (in the past it was always 2 or more). The course was in excellent shape, maybe the best I've ever seen it. I played with a twosome and another single on what appeared to be a pretty full course, so the pace of play was perfect. This is a course where it really helps to know the greens and keep the ball below the hole. I try to play it every time I come down to Palm Springs as it's one of my favorite courses in the valley.

Played Escena for the first time today. Beautiful sunny & hot weather with wind on the last 11 holes. Arrived about 30 minutes before tee time and they let us play right away. We had no one in front and no one pushing us from behind. the course is in perfect conditions. Greens were rolling true and fast.

Overall had a great experience and will be playing it again!

Very nice course however no one around to sell cold drinks on a hot day. Went out at 2:30pm and girl selling drinks went home at 3pm.

Great Nicklaus course with excellent putting greens. I play it ever time I am in the Palm Springs area.

Excellent value for the price. Course layout is typical Jack N. (the Bear). Par 5's are reachable in 3. The only challenge is hole 1...Being the toughest hole to start is very tough when you just got on the course without much warm up.

The restaurant is nice and clear. Food and drinks are good value too. Clean rest room for a public course.
