Fun place to play. Some of the par 3's are challenging and long at 190-200+ yards. Can be windy during this time of year. Start early to beat the desert heat.

Didn't expect such a nice coarse but is it as good as gets. good food also!

The course was in pretty good shape but it is starting to dry out and brown in some spots which is normal for this time of year. The greens were in good shape but again a bit dry so hard to make your shots into them hold. They still rolled true while putting. I have always loved this course, very scenic. The course is deceiving and very easy to get out of shape very quickly. Highly recommend this course but for the summer expect it to brown and dry out more.

Having played a number of courses in the desert I was more than pleased with Escena. The gounds and course were. immaculate. All staff was friendly and professional. About the only downside is the lack of a driving range. But the practice - warm up area was quite sufficient. I will definitely play this course again!

I've played Escena many times. It is on of my favorite courses in the Palm Springs area. It's a little pricey in peak season but it is a must play.

I played this course a week ago and yes it was windy but the conditions were absolutely perfect. If you missed a green to get up and down was a piece of cake. The layout is great, definitely Nicklaus, with big fairways to spray the ball a bit and you better have a good short game once you get closer to the greens. Just a fun course with a few water holes. Nice smooth fast greens but rolled true.

This is a great course located 3 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Very scenic. Watch out for the Wildlife. Squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits are aggressive. They jump on your cart looking for food at each hole. If they can do something about the Wildlife, the round would be more enjoyable.

This was the first time playing this course. I booked it for the rate on golfnow for a Friday afternoon. I was very impressed! It was recommended by a staff member at the PGA Superstore in town - great tip! The course was in fantastic conditions. The layout was forgiving and rather open, but from the tips was more than enough course to challenge. The facilities are terrific with a beautiful club house and dining facilities. There is no full driving range, but hitting into the large net provided adequate warming up. I will definitely return to this course again!

This is a good example of quality desert golf. I was warned it would be windy (always) and it was very windy at times. most courses in the desert are windy. a few are not because they are protected by mountains. this is by the airport and was windy with very strong gusts at times. that is part of the game and made the experience more enjoyable due the the added challenge.

Enjoyed playing Escena Golf Club. Very good golf course and condition was excellent. Pin placements were a real challenge as they were having a tournament the day we played (added to the challenge). Staff sent us off the back 9 1st due to the tourney. Back 9 quite a bit longer than the front so created more of a challenge for me. Course offers several different Tees. My son and I played the Championship Tees - next time I may go with the Middle Tees, All and all - a very good experience. Would come back and play here again.

Great people, okay happy hour after golf.

This course is in extremely good shape, greens are still amazing. Some airating has taken place recently but it does not affect play. Speed of play was good, and a friendly staff on site. Love, this place!! and would recommend to everyone .

The course conditions were great except for the plant growth in the water and the fact the fairways were being aerated so the ball didn't roll so far. Greens were fast. Play would have been faster if the 4-some ahead of us were not playing for money. The course is really beautiful- as in scenic.

With an excellent staff, incredible amenities, and incredible views, Escena is a must visit for any golfer. A fun yet challenging golf course than can challenge the low handicap player from the back tee yet still provide an enjoyable round for those who tee it forward. Make this a must see on your next Palm Springs area trip!

Beautifully maintained course with manicured fairways against the gorgeous back drop of the desert mountains. Greens are in great shape. A fun and challenging course for all levels. Lots of great shopping options in the pro shop. Friendly staff. Retro styled clubhouse grill offers good food and atmosphere. Worth a visit during your Palm Springs golf adventure.

Afternoon rates great no one there 3.5 hr round for wife and I. Course user friendly and playable.

This is my go-to course now. I lived in Vegas for 10 years and played twice a week so my expectations were high. I love the modern feel of the clubhouse and the great course conditions.

First time at Escena. We thought the greens and the overall condition was great. I tried it out with a potential client and he loved it too. I will be back for more!
