Excellent Weather at El Cariso
Had a really fun round today at El Cariso. Noon single tee time and got paired up with a really cool fellow who plays there every Thursday.
Weather was great and only real compliant was about the green conditions. Understand you gotta do it a couple time a year, but they were just punched and weren't rolled after.
Nice course
This is a shorter course than most, but still has some challenges and elevation changes. The greens are in good shape. The fairways are generally fairly good, though grass is a bit spongy in places. Water comes into play on a few holes. There are several doglegs.
The course is not easy
The course has lots of trees, lots of traps and lots of water which comes in to play more than you think, Better hit the ball straight here.

I love coming here to play! You get allot of options to use all of your clubs. You want be disappointed!
Great Executive Course
Fun place to play .... the greens are top notch and we’ll maintained
Its been a while...
It's been a couple years since I've played this course. Like others have said, I could have used some signage for the tee boxes and general directions to keep me from getting lost. Luckily the group in front of me knew the course and I was able to stay within sight of them.
The course has adequate challenges for my skill level and it was in surprisingly good condition for being the end of summer. The staff and patrons were friendly and I felt welcome to play there.
Nice executive course.
No fancy amenities here but the course was in good shape which is the most important thing. They desperately need hole number markers though for first time players! We skipped 2 holes by mistake.
El cariso condition
I’ve played before now the course is better taken care of , greens , fairways , ball washers , restaurant is finished being remodeled . Looks great !!

Been a while since I played this course but it was as I remembered. Not real long but challenging with water hazards, ravines and challenging greens. Had fun!
The Tees are not marked. Extremely ease to get lost and not be on the correct Tee.
The course is not laid out well. It is extremely easy to get lost.Fortunately there were not many people on the course at the time because it was really hot and we were able to make up for the holes we missed on the front nine,

One saving grace is green maintenance but while course not worth it.
Tell management to better upkeep for the money paid or demand refunds
Cart needs to be returned by 7:45 otherwise heavy fines- super unfriendly.

Very forgiving course. Nice and quiet
Course is forgiving and very tranquil. Only complaint is that there are no numbers for tee boxes which is very confusing
