About
Winter Park Pines Golf Club has offered one of the most affordable rounds in the greater Orlando area since first opening in 1968. The course has a traditional design that is ideal for beginners though it's also great if you're looking for a quick, casual round. The par-70 golf course may seem odd with a par-34 front nine and a par-36 back nine, but the layout manages to blend together seamlessly. The golf course has short par 4s and par 3s of varying lengths. There is one par 5 that measures 462 yards. The first half of the course is especially scenic with mature trees framing most of the holes. In addition to the golf course, Winter Park Pines also has a practice facility available. It features a driving range as well as putting and chipping greens with a bunker.

Decent value for the $$$
Greens are hard and quite fast, bunkers poor, fairways and tee blocks okay and rough is quite bad. A decent course for $25 or less.

Always a fun round!
Enjoyed our round with friends. Course was wet due to morning rain but still very playable.
Still feel the long par threes should have some forward tee options other than 3 200+ par 3’s!

Best Greens in 20 years
I'm 35 years-old. I grew up learning to play on this course as a kid. The greens have neve been as nice or fast as they were when we played 2/11/22. HUGE IMPROVEMENT!

The course is in great shape, the greens were quick, but the staff here is why I go back, you can't find better more helpful people than you can at pines.

Good value
This course has some interesting holes, good fairways, greens. Traps and tee boxes were below average. All in all, a good value for the price,

First time playing this course. Pace of play was slow but expected because of the shorter holes and extra par threes. Conditions were spotty overall. Friendly staff.

The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this course is because 90% of the greens are burnt out and very fast and hard to control the speed on

Course in Limbo
Golf course is sold to the city and its future is in limbo as far as either being a renovated golf course or converted in to new homes and properties. Its a wait and see proposition.!!!!
