overall course in good shape, but the fairways have way too many brown areas or no grass at all. Drought is really

killing the fairways.

slow play but otherwise good time. course a little over watered but might have been too early in the morning. overall good day

830am tee time , started a little early . putting greens are ok. breakfast is something to pass up .

Very minimal amenities. No cart for snacks making rounds. No starter, so most people just tee off. It’s mainly all par 3s. Course condition is decent, but driving range looks like a dirt lot. Food at clubhouse is not quick, and is more sit down than grab and go.

Reserved a 1030 tee time as a single for a Saturday morning. I get there & the girl at the pro shop tells me I'm going out alone. Unfortunately I was behind a group of 8 (2 groups of 4) to start & some of the guys had just started playing golf. I played multiple balls on the first hole then caught up to the group on tee box 2. They invited me to play through. So I played with them on 2 & eventually got through both groups & by the time I got to 5 I was on my own with no group in sight in front of me. I played 4 balls on each hole on 5, 6, & 7 & then caught up with a 5some at 8. The groups in front & behind me were so slow that I played hole 8 twice with 4 balls each time & for the rest of the day I would legit play 4 balls on every hole then putt 10-20 balls on each green for practice & I didn't even see the group behind me again until about hole 15. Counting the best balls on each hole I shot +2 which is good for my ego. Staff was rad. Marshall was cool with me just plunking around on each hole. All in all I actually had a nice day. Course was patchy & needs a bit better drainage in spots but overall good Course. I'll be back for a twilight session soon. Some drivable 4 par greens which is cool. I had fun. Greens were better than fairways. I feel like pace would be fine on any other day. Just got placed in a weird spot between groups.
