The Club At Viniterra

Always and great time at this golf course. Course was busy and pace of play was not the best. All of that was ok met some amazing people to play with

However the round was soured but the solo behind us who proceeded to purposely hit into us on last 3 holes not including par 3. We were keeping pace right behind group in front of us and could go no faster. Truly rude and a marshal on course may have helped the situation.

The course was very busy and there was no Marshall to monitor the pace of play. My group started at 2pm and were only at 12th hole by 530pm. We gave up playing at the 12th hole, because we knew we wouldn’t finish on time because it will be dark.

Another great courses in the greater Williamsburg, VA area that is a must play with great eye candy to it.

Layout is excellent. Condition was very good, but could still improve to be rated higher. This is not Kingsmill quality, and therefore not equal in value. Amenities are very average.

If you haven't played here and you love courses that are fun and in very good condition, then you need to play The Viniterra. The course is in great shape tee to green. Fairways are wide. Greens roll smooth and true. This is one of my favorite courses to play and look forward to coming back in the fall.

Great course only minor complaint is the inconsistency of the bunkers. Some are in great shape and there’s a few that have A lot of mud in them.

As my Golf buddies say if you don’t hit into the bunkers you won’t have that problem.

Very disappointed with the pace of play for a $98 green fee. I have not played a round that has taken this long in many years. Would try it again, but not when it’s cart path only. Should have given a discount!

Love golf. Play a lot of rounds, all over the RVA. Viniterra is in great shape, tee box to green. That is why they are getting top dollar to play.

Still makes it hard to justify playing here a lot when 2 people in the family play. Makes for an expensive day.

We only play twice a year, unfortunately But when we do . it is in great shape and a lot of fun.

Absolutely incredible golf course. Probably the best I have played in Virginia and I have played the majority in the Richmond area. Challenging course and overall a great time. Watch for snakes!

I've heard a lot about this course. Was able to get out while on weekend trip in the area. The greens had been aerated so the putting was not great but I expected it and the course fees were ridiculously cheap because of it.

Such fantastic place to play. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Perfect mix. Challenging but not too challenging. Long, but you can shorten it significantly with tee selection. One of my favorite aspects is that with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 holes, you can never see the hole next to you. You're always isolated, surrounded by dense and lush forests. Winding pathways, varied hazards, scenic greens... I'll play here again and again.

I played over fathers day in the middle of a heat wave and droubt... course was VERY fast, but in surprisingly great shape. Their team does a fantastic job.
