The Club At Viniterra

Spacious fairways full of bunkers and long. Be prepared to use every club in the bag, 2nd only to Royal New Kent in the test of ones abilities in the area. A must play for any serious golfer, I'll be sure to be back annually.

Fabulous golf course worth every dollar …highly recommend .. everything was immaculate …except the aerated greens … in another 10days they’re gonna be perfect.

This was an excellent layout. The fairways were pristine! Tee boxes excellent, Only issue I ran into small pebbles on the green, which occasionally dislodge my ball from its line because they have recently aerated greens. Other than that small issue Viniiterra GC is And has become one of my top three favorite courses in the Richmond area

This is probably one of the better courses around Richmond area for the price. The only reason it wasn’t 5stars was the fact we didn’t know the greens had just been aerated on Tuesday, so they were still sandy. The rest of the course was in great shape. Definitely will come back in 2/3weeks when the greens will be back to normal.

Greens were fantastic. Fast, especially after the rain we have had this week.

The scenery is breathtaking, with lush greenery and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The course layout is challenging but fair, with a good mix of holes that will test your skills. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. Overall, a fantastic golfing experience that I would highly recommend.

I've played this course several times over the years, twice this year. Drove 30 miles each way to play it. The value is well worth the price. I highly recommend playing this course. The only suggestion is to make the sand in the bunkers more playable. Some bunkers have not enough sand in its center and too much closer to the face. I'll play the course again soon!!

Outstanding experience. Fantastic customer service. Excellent course conditions other than teee boxes. Nice range. By far one of the best public courses in Virginia at a fair price point. My new favorite course. I will be back!

The club house was very nice. The people are very friendly. The biggest problem was being attacked by beetles the whole front 9. It was basically impossible to hit the ball while being attacked.

Warm (mid 60s) and partly sunny day. Course conditions were fairly wet from the inch of rain the day before but balls did not plug. Bunkers didn't hold water. Greens were receptive leaving mild ball marks. Just fast enough where my preference was always under the hole. Rolled fairly true. Rough is non-existent as exhibited by tan colored dormant bermuda mown low. Fairways were dyed green and with the rain left lots of tight lies. Tee boxes were good since I didn't struggle to find a good spot. Can't wait for the growth spurt to happen.

The course is in great shape and ready to play. it is a little pricey but not at the independence level. If you’re willing to take a little drive east of Richmond it is worth the trip. The practice facilities are one of the best in the area, staff is friendly and the food area is good.
