Baildon Golf Club

Played here a few times now and the moorland that surrounds the course means you have to take a diciplined approach. Most fairways give you plenty to aim at, however there are some dog legs. No2 is a great hole to play, however traffic can interfere with your concentration. Overall really enjoy the course and the many great views are a bonus. Friendly cafe bar, where reasonably priced food and drinks can be purchased.

I was excited to play a different course, the lady in the reception said we were in for a treat 😳 but it was anything but, we were backed up from hole 2 having to wait upto 10 mins to tee off in some hole ! It took 51/2 hours to get round it was an absolute joke, there were ramblers all over the place not even on the path, had to shout at one of them because the picked my ball up! A friend of mine had a similar experience there and actually walked off the course, I wouldn’t play there again if you paid me it was that bad, I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience and will never be returning !!!!

As always a pleasure to play here the views amazing 👍👍the greens could do with a bit of rain to green them up and soften them up the trails for the trolleys need to be sorted if carrying your bag ok but tough on trolleys but still a great day out for us all nice staff at the course as well 👍👍👍

Excellent value for money from £10 - £12 for a hot deal. Course in good condition. Greens are great. Fab surroundings and views. Just a bit windy today 2 club wind.

I’m afraid I’m starting with a negative but the pathways from greens to tee are bumpy, rocky and hard work with a trolly , no problem if your carrying

Tees and greens were very good for this time of year the greens run well, there were some winter teeing mats to use but again that can be expected

The course is rather hilly but that leads to some interesting holes

Overall it’s a good track and I will be playing it again in the summertime

Amazing golf course. Loads of great history. It’s worth it for the views alone. For the time of year the whole coarse is in great condition. Only thing for me is the greens look great but could do with a trim. That being said they will be great for the summer. Favourite hole is hole 2 par 3, be prepared for a trek if you visit!

Absolutely top class! Testing but delightful, superb views, great condition despite weather, simply a joy to play!

Played here for 3rd time and for this time of year the greens were in good condition, fairways not water logged so an enjoyable game overall

This is our third time playing Baildon GC. If you are looking for a top class course with near perfect greens for an absolute bargain price then this is a no brainer. Many challenging holes and tight fairways make Baildon a difficult course to shoot a low score on. We played December 27th, the fairways were in good condition and the greens were in great condition for the time of year. I would highly recommend it to everyone whatever your handicap. Friendly staff and modern facilities.

Signature hole is no 2, but special but so many other memorable holes.

Excellent sandwiches in clubhouse and exceptionally friendly staff!
