Magnificent course with top notch greens. Definitely will go again and play there. The fella at the club shop was pretty decent as well.

Been wanting to play here for years as always heard such good things.. well, absolutely stunning is all I can say.. what a fantastic golf course.. I've been so lucky to play lots of courses all over the world but I have to say this place ticks so many boxes.. layout superb and also designed to cater for every level of player... Course was credit to the ground staff.. pro shop and club staff couldn't be more friendly.. great vibe in the clubhouse so you can tell that it's a very friendly golf club.. will definitely be back..many times

One of the best if not the best course within an hour from myself the course has a variety of different holes, it is always in fantastic condition and really a pleasure to play. The staff are friendly and the food is very tasty. If you haven’t played here you need to book now.

Played Bentham a few times, but this was the first in good weather. The course was in great condition. Some cracking holes.

Really enjoyed this course and thoroughly impressed with it all.

Friendly club shop and clubhouse for a coffee before. Club shop also had some good deals on individual clubs and well stocked with plenty of whatever you’d need.

Driving range next to the first tee and more than enough for a pre round warm up. Also not expensive to get a bucket.

Course itself is very good. Didn’t feel there was any filler holes and some of the par 3s were quite fun too. We all used our trolleys and had no issues with this.

Overall one of the better courses I’ve played and exceptional value for money

The course is well laid out with a variety of water hazards and sand traps.

Greens were in great condition saying it was early March.

Course played long with ball plugging .

Only complaint was having to play off fairway mats. Had to use some from the club. First time experience, and it wasn't good.

Didn't know before that this was a requirement.

We enjoy this course, great views and some interesting holess. Winter rates £10 each! Very quiet on the course.

The course is playing of winter tees and mats on the fairway. Thee greens were still in good condition and although some very wet areas on some fairways overall the course played well.

The mats were provided at no cost by the pro shop.

Good bar that serves coffee, pannis as well as beer!

Staff are brilliant can’t do enough to help course is brilliant but it was far too wet to play I got caught behind a four ball that was going very slowly so a bit frustrating but a good experience generally

I had seen plenty of reviews saying how fantastic this golf course is so decided to see for myself. The condition of the course was fantastic even at this time of year and we had glorious sunshine which was a bonus. I will definitely play this course several times again hopefully in a few weeks time.

If you have not played here you should, the course layout is great with a variety of holes and is in fantastic condition and looks amazing, the views of the surrounding countryside is stunning and all the staff are friendly, approachable and really really helpful. So what’s stopping you give it a try

I have played all around the world, and this was the best golf value on the planet. Incredible views, Immaculate course. Well laid out and designed. Give your future self a reason to thank you for booking a tee time. It is in the middle of who knows where and VERY worth the drive! HUGE recommendation!

Great views from course, though building site working on the new on course chalets significantly detracted.

Several holes very wet for August

Greens were good but overall course very average.
