On first view the course looks a little 'field like' but it plays well and there are a few testing holes with decent undulations. Weather was dry but windy (as you'd expect being so close to the sea). Greens were a little bumpy but pretty true. Nice views of Blackpool Tower!

Played in pretty poor weather so course not overly busy. Course in good order generally although one or two greens a bity patchy. Some long par 4's particularly into a fairly strong wind on the day (never seemed to be with us!). Rough quite forgiving for a links course. Would play again.
Mars 100 gps
I only live a 5 minutes away so play the course all year round does get a bit boggy in winter and can be very windy at times
Good course spoiled by the weather
Unfortunately the weather had gotten the better of the course. This was underlined by 2 of the holes being closed. Have played it before and it is a nice challenging course. Scores would be higher if the conditions weren't so bad, so not the fault of the course.

Thank goodness BNGC. In spite of all the recent wet weather, the course is playing fantastically well.
This HAS to be down to the groundstaff and management.

high standard greens
so easy to book through internet, greated with a cheery smile when booking in, very easy to find, there were numerous dog legs so very challenging, some of the rough is impossible to play out of by a moderate golfer like myself, it rained throughout our round so didnt appreciate the course fully but would like to return on more pleasant day.
