Not played here for a while.

Everything was absolutely immaculate.

Greens are best I’ve played on this year, fairways pristine I genuinely can’t fault anything.

Booked at short notice and found the course very quiet. It was in fantastic condition with greens being the best we have played on in many weeks. The resident Pro is very chatty and friendly, giving us a warm welcome. The course gives you a decent walk with a few inclines but nothing too challenging physically. We had a pint in the club afterwards where the steward continued the friendliness. Would definitely recommend.

Greens a little woolly but very green and well maintained and true, better than a lot of greens I have played on recently.

Course is nice with some nice holes that climb and have dog legs on, so not a flat up and down parkland course which is nice.

Tee boxes a little scrappy, but you can forgive that if they have put there efforts into the greens as they where all very nice.

Pro shop very helpful and bar staff very friendly.

Overall it was a nice course with some challenging holes. Reason for the 4 star was that some of the greens need work but overall it’s worth the visit.

Great round at Breightmet. Course is fantastic condition and all holes open. Pace of play was good, club competition behind us but never put us under any pressure, very friendly locals. Will definitely return!

Not entirely the clubs fault, but the night before we played a number of greens had been damaged by someone on a bike meaning holes were closed,

The club chose make and improvised 9 hole loop consisting of holes 1-5 then 18, 11, 9 and hole 10 to finish,

There was no warning of this prior to arrival plus no offer to rearrange of even partially refund the round,

As I say not entirely the clubs fault but not worth £25 per person as it stood.

Course I’m really good condition, playing 9 holes twice due to other holes being too wet.

Fog played a big part in the round so cannot count that against the course, enjoyed and will play again, hopefully with more visuals of it!

We played this course on a very damp and misty day. As it was high up it was difficult at times to follow very open fairways. An up and down course so plenty of puff needed. However we enjoyed the challenge and look forward to visiting when it's dry and clear.

The back 9 was closed due to damage caused by trespassers so front 9 was busy but Was in very good condition given the recent rain

I have played this course a few times now, the staff are very friendly and so are the members on course.

Good course, friendly staff, nice clubhouse with nice food.

Course is much better in summer as wet weather makes parts of the far end of the course quite boggy.

Really good course, the rain does have an effect on a couple of holes (a few big puddles) and a couple of cart paths but the course as a whole is brilliant, will be going back regularly.
