Golf rates not golf mates
Chorlton golf club the home of golf mates not great golf though mate
Some of the greens run like your putting over a melted Lino floor ( holes 1, 11 and 15 ) and the apron in front of a few of the greens needs sorting out , on a couple of occasions I hit a cracking shot short of the green to run on and it stopped in what can only be described as semi rough right in front of the green
.. ruined the hole and dropped a couple too
Sort out these problems and it’s a good course , maybe I copt for it on a bad day who knows
Good course
Course design and conditions couldnt be faulted.. 8 mins between tee times was a bit short and maybe needs to be looked at.. Play backed up . Took us over 4 hours as a 2 ball
Poor conditions
Complete bog (partly to be expected at this time of year) - however at full price, feel hard done by. Certain sections unplayable which should be reflected in rate charged.
This was a good test excellent course conditions not at there best but due to recent weather the only downside is it's a bit pricey to play
Excellent Course
*Friendly Helpful Staff in the pro shop.
*Practice facilities if you require a warm up.
*Fairways & Greens in great condition for the time of the year, freshly cut. Even got run on the fairway. Greens ran nicely and some challenging putts to be had. Only 2 of the greens on Winter in the wettest part of the course.
*Little wetter in areas off the fairways as expected after rainfall over the weeks.
*Front 9 a little more difficult than the back 9, with some elevated greens.
*overall enjoyable round and look forward to playing here again. Possibly may even join next spring.
Nice Golf course
Really enjoyable round, nice course. We got stuck behind 3 players who were extremely slow and didn't offer to let the two of us to play through which was frustrating. That aside it's a really nice course and a good day out Thanks alot
Way too busy
Nice little course I’ve played countless times over the years. Unfortunately the greens are not as good as they once were. Also extremely busy. Waiting on every hole- why let’s I many out so close to each other?
Used to love this hidden gem but standards definitely slipping

Testing course, could be better signed from 8th to 9th also 15th to 16th and 17th to 18th. Going back and forth not an issue just not very well signed.
