Goodinsummer

Chose to play on a quiet Thursday afternoon.

Got a good deal which made it very attractive to say the least.

Can see some improvements over 12 months., however further ongoing maintenance required especially on the tees.

The Greens are very green but slower than most others - says it all when there was grass stripes!

The course is challenging and tight on holes 3-7, you need to be straight, the 8th an uphill challenge and a half..

likewise the signature 11th a fair old challenge.

Play in summer it’s good!

Nice well set out course

Some good thinking holes

Greens could do with a good dowsing of water

And sand in the bunker

But a nice course

Good pace of play. Friendly players

Some good maintenance work being done, but still a way to go. Greens not great but will no doubt improve with the weather.

Fairways lovely - balls we’re running on a fair distance

Bunkers - decent - only ended up in 1

Greens - bobbly and bald in places - quite spongey - definitely need some old

Tee boxes - hardly any grass on them.. uneven
