Fantastic round of golf
Played Keighley for the first time and have to say after the recent rain and the fact it was March the course was in great condition.
Winter tees were still in play but every green was true with only a few fairways a little soggy especially in the valley area of the course.
The layout was nice and wide fairways, plenty of raised greens and tees with the highlight for me being the 12th hole.
We paid £22.50 each in a 2 ball teeing off at 7.30am and it was well worth it.
I would put Keighley with the standards of the fairways and high tree lined layout up there with more expensive courses like Bradford Golf club and Harrogate.
All in all, a superb mornings golf.
Highly recommended.
Very nice layout
Lovely course in good condition considering the extremes of weather. Some long hard holes and some short ones as well, a nice mix.
First Time Back in a Couple of Years
Course was in excellent condition especially the green. A very pleasant early evening round. No players in front and no pressure from following players.
A challenging layout including some open fairways, doglegs, tight holes and a good range of short, medium and long par 3's. A good use of space with a number of par 5's.
Unfortunately the clubhouse was closed so cannot comment on service, drinks or snacks available now but on previous visits they have always been good.
Would highly recommend for all levels of golfer.
