Ilkley is one of the finest golf clubs in Yorkshire, both in terms of beauty and for an unforgettable round of golf. It boasts two former Ryder Cup captains as honorary life members, Colin Montgomerie, who learned the game at the club, and Mark James, who lives locally. The club is extremely popular with societies, corporates and casual visitors. With a number of holes designed by Alister MacKenzie, the course is a real test whatever your handicap.
Ilkley Golf Club was founded in 1890 and has excellent practice facilities.
