Had a great day at Nufc golf course would recommend this for anyone that is new or just returning from lock down . We will be returning thanks for a great day.

Although some leeway has to be given for winter and the general weather, the course was just not up to scratch.

The temporary tee boxes were just put anywhere, most not even flat for set up. Most greens were in play which was a bonus, however the temporary greens were as bad as the tee boxes. One literally set up on what could only be described as a hill peak with ridges on the 13th.

Glad I only paid £11 to pay but even then I think I have been overcharged. Membership fee is clearly based on the club name rather than the quality of the course as even in the summer I can't see how you could charge this for the layout and holes.

Only one green was slow with water, otherwise In excellent condition.

Pace of play was a problem with a few incredibly slow 2 balls.

The course could do with spacing the tee offs a little more / enforcing people tee off when they are meant to.

Also great value for money and a short game area and nets for a good warm up.

Staff great, course in good condition considering time of year. Clubhouse closed due to pandemic. Locker room facilities available. Great value. Will visit again my third visit

Only a handful of winter greens, all winter tees, not great but at this time of year its to be expected- if you are a first time player definitely take a card for the map on the back as it can be difficult to navigate from hole to hole. Great experience would definitely play again!

Considering the weather the course was really good and the greens especially.

For the value you can’t really complain, but even if I could, I wouldn’t. The greens are in good condition, the fairways too and the winter tees aren’t dissimilar positions from the normal tees and aren’t artificial mats so it’s a thumbs up from me.

As with golf everywhere, speed of play can be an issue but that’s golfer rather than course dependent.

A generally flat course, but with many strangely undulating fairways which resembled waves on the sea frozen in time!

A good mix of short and long holes - with 2 of the par 5's way over 500 yards.

Considering it was late October, the course was in reasonable condition, except the bunkers had no decent sand in them - but not much they could do about that.

As I live in Sussex, I couldn't believe the price - much better value than anything in my area!

I would 100% recommend playing at this course and I would love to give it another go in the summer.

Fantastic value for money. Cracking course, played it a few times and always been fantastic condition. My first round in a couple of years.

Great course for the price ( we paid 10 each on Saturday) and had a great experience. Found it a great course particularly as players getting back into the game after many years so its great practice. Only thing I found was the playing speed was super slow (around 4 hrs for a 2 ball) which was a little disappointing. For the price though I think its an absolute bargain and have booked to play again next week

Staff very friendly and helpful as were the other members. Course in great nick apart from one green that was recovering from excess water.

Played the course in very wet conditions, fairways were in great condition, the grey had been spiked but were still good. Very forgiving course if you keep out of rough. Would definitely recommend

I’ve played here a few times now and it’s a good test, with some really good holes and very challenging undulating fairways. The greens yesterday were poor (had just been tined) but it didn’t affect things too much. Liam (shop) could not be more helpful - great bloke.

played here earlier in the year as hot deal for 9 pound and it was great, played again today and although the greens has been fixed or tinned it was still very playable for 18 pound each a round, fairways in great condition and tee boxes where better then a certain "posh" club in Durham for 35 quid a head. 100% recommended this course and will.be back in a couple of weeks time

On another note the bar staff and club pro shop where very welcoming which you love to see on a course

Absolutely in really good nick, --yeah the greens have been tined but having not played this course for a few years it was A+ . Liam and all in the club were very helpful under these difficult conditions. The fairways were in decent condition & bunkers GUR ? -the greens yeah were bumpy with tining but hey ho.
