Easy to walk
Easy to get walk and relaxing time nice place to sit and have a drink after nice day.
Not worth the money!
The course is in terrible condition!! Definitely not worth the £35 green fee. The greens are bad, the fairways are bad and the tee boxes are the worst I’ve ever seen!
I genuinely feel like I’ve been robbed!!!
value for money course
Great course, great value for what we paid. Green were decent overall couple were rough but could see they’d were being worked on. Tee box’s let it down.
Good for price of green fee
Very dry. Course in ok condition but is thin in places and bone dry greens.
Was worth £15 green fee for a round on a sunny day but wouldn’t rush back
Very enjoyable
All was excellent except the greens need work. I know the course is currently being upgraded including adding irrigation - so looking forward to the improvements.
Fabulous golf at Owston
Nice day, course in great condition, no delays and a cracking pint after, what's not to like!
Good all rounder
Lovely course this. Caters for all abilities. Some challenging holes out there. Some of the greens still need some upkeep after the winter months, but all in all it is very well kept.
Played here a few times now and always enjoy it. Shot 87 after a 3 month break from golf off a 14hc, lower scores are easily possible.
Definitely one to play a few times a year.
Great course, nice layout and tourist friendly
We loved everything about the course and pace of play. Had some challenges finding the ball in rough with all the daisies this time of year but the condition of the course was excellent - heading back with friends for a 4 ball in 2 weeks!

Excellent stress free round of golf very friendly staff good conditions and getting better will be back soon

considering the amount of rain we have had recently the course was in very good condition, the greens had been recently tyned but did not interfere with putting, just one small muddy patch at the very bottom of the course apart from that it was a pleasure to play
Very poor course. And very over priced
It's a very poor course!! Couldn't tell where the fairways was has the grass didn't look like it had been cut for weeks. Greens had no consistency one would be fast next one would be slow. People walking round in joggers and in 5 balls. Not many bunkers had racks in. Paid £28 for the pleasure and honestly wasn't worth a tenner. First and last time I'll be playing there
Up with the best in the area
Once the investment kicks in this will be a great course to play
We played it when the greens had been dressed so give it 2 weeks and the course will be up with the best in the area
The course layout suits the big hitters aiming for the eagle putts but also takes no prisoners if off line
All in all excellent value for money and will look forward to visiting again

Played today with 3 friends
Course in good condition… no winter tees and fairways excellent… bunkers a bit hard and greens had been spiked so a lot of 3 puts !
Overall for £10 each we will be back
Improvements being made
I can see lots of improvements being made around the course and I'm sure in a few years this will be a good golf course, Tee boxes in need of some tlc and some greens do aswell but the fairways are just lush and so nice to play off
