Beautifully kept

Beautifully kept course, only thing I could say it needed was more signs to point you in direction of next tee.

Lovely greens apart from 18th which was having work done.

But all in all a really good course.

Parklands Gosforth

Course in good condition, nice greens and well maintained. But there was not one yardage sign anywhere. Not one hole had a map or layout diagram.Signage between holes was very poor we had to ask other golfers for directions especially between 2nd and 3rd holes. There was only 3 at the most signs for direction, and we guessed where the 18th tee box was!

I agree that the layout isn't obvious for guests to the course but every tee box (usually by the white tee) has a sign with the yardage for the hole, and there are 100yd, 150yd and 200yd markers set into each fairway. Again, these might not be obvious if you didn't know to look out for them but I personally feel that Parklands is far superior to many courses in the region for giving yardage info. Hopefully this will help you next time you play.

Nice Parklands Course

A nice Parklands course with some interesting holes. More suitable for mid to high handicappers. Good bar and restaurant which is excellent value. Also has a mini golf course which is great for kids and good value also.
