Winter course
One of the best courses to play in winter
Trolleys and no fairway mats needed
Course plays short but great condition for winter weather
One of the only courses to remain open and playable within surrounding area with no temp greens.
At £15 an absolute steal for the current winter weather without any restrictions
Great track and friendly club house
Lovey course tight in places and you need your accurate long irons for some of the holes great conditions and poor shop is top
Temporary Greens
Nice course layout, but it wasn’t made clear when booking that temporary greens were in play.
Overall a very good golf club
Greens in great condition and Pro shop was amazing.
Catering was excellent.
Fun back 9
Only a short course, boggy in some areas. Enjoyed the back 9. Looking forward to coming back and play this course in summer.
Excellent course would like to play in summer when not as muddy tricky pin positions
Lovey Course
Impressive course. Fairways and greens in perfect condition. . Great value for money..Can't wait to return.
Great alternative to home course
Everything from the excellent pro shop ( Snainton golf again) to the pace of play , course condition etc all contributed to a great afternoon. We didn't choose a peek time so pace was fine .. a little bit of waiting on couple of tees but this was minimal. Enjoyed it ... Only gripe is they didnt have magners or bulmers lol.
This course is well planned but not as well kept
The overall layout of the course was great and made for an enjoyable round of golf. Tee boxes all in good condition and plenty of hazards to plan your shots around.
We were a bit underwhelmed with the overall condition of the course. This may be somewhat attributed to the recent dry weather however, the greens were browning in areas (likely dry due to the lack of rainfall) and a few of the fairways have probably seen better days. Some of the bunkers seemed to have a very shallow layer of sand.
Would most likely play the course again but we would probably wait for some rain before returning.
Friends 4 ball
Shot 93 on a good tricky course and for me it was a great day The greens are kept to a good standard and the fairways are lovely to play off with the rough been rough. Top golf course
